Excellent oils excellent customer service

This is an edited review you can see the situation with the delivery below. Natrogix very quickly saw my 3 star review and my complaint and made an effort to remedy it almost immediately. I received an email asking me if I would like to receive pay full pack of the 18 oils and I would not have to return the ones that I received open. I received them as promised AND within less than 48 hours after my conversation with them. I have a lot of health problems and not much money so this was really a godsend. I have a lot of pain and these oils really do help my quality of life. I was really impressed with both the friendly customer service and the speedy resolution of my issue. I am also very impressed with the quality of the oil for the price I honestly believe these are comprable to much more expensive oils like Doterra. I have ordered these before a couple times so I do know that I'm coming open would certainly not be a common thing and that it likely happened during either the packing or delivery portion of the process. THIS IS THE OLDER REVIEW: As far as the oils themselves I absolutely love them. I have bought them three times now and I will probably continue to do too so despite this package having oil leaking all over it six separate oils came with the seal broken leaking everywhere. I am not going to do it through the return process because unfortunately I use these for medicinal purposes and to return them would mean going at least five or six more days without oils. Just really disappointed in the company right now.

I was concerned when I picked up the parcel and it smelled good that a few of the bottles had broken in shipping. They hadn't but the tops are of poor quality and about half of them leaked. However, they did not leak so much that I wanted to return them. You get what you pay for, I guess. I would purchase these again due to the variety of essential oils you receive at a pretty reasonable price. I will ensure none of the bottles tip over though so they do not leak out again. Update: Seller contacted me not once, but twice. They have replaced the order completely and followed up to ensure that nothing was broken or leaking. I will definitely purchase from this seller again. I am very impressed with their customer service skillfulness.

Too good to be true!

I was in search of pure, good quality essential oils at a fairly decent price. Let me tell you, (and I’m sure you already know) they can get expensive. I’ve seen just one small bottle at the price of this box of 18! I purchased it having low expectations, but received such a gift when it came. They are wonderful! I love the packaging and the mini book that comes free with it, explaining what each helps with (and it even says it on each individual label of the essential bottles as well! Including information on which essential oils blends well with others. Not sure if that’s on regular essential oil packaging –it probably is...haven’t checked. But I am thankful for it). Needless to say, I am one happy customer.

Get the 18 instead of 9 starting out...

I'm new to essential oils! I originally bought the top 9, I wish I would've gotten the top 18. if you at all interested in getting more involved in essential oils - I suggest going with the 18 bottle assortment. There are SO many things that can be done with essential oils. I suffer from anxiety, insomnia and some other ailments. I have to personally say that in order to help my anxiety and insomnia - lavender is a miracle! I have a great diffuser and I have lavender in it every night. I fall asleep faster and at ease. When I feel an anxiety attack coming on - I put lavender on my wrists and breathe it in. My Mom clenches her teeth at night and by putting lavender on her jaw line - she notices a HUGE difference in the morning. Also besides lavender - if you apply tree oil to any sort of blemish - it keeps the blemish at bay and it starts to shrink/dry out. For anyone that is interested in experimenting with essential oils I highly recommend this.

These oils cure many issues physical and psychological!

This is my second purchase. I also purchased the 9 kits. I have IBS really bad where I get bad cramps and run to the bathroom at least 4 times during an 8 hour work day. I have tried the lemongrass in a diffuser and I was instantly cured! No more cramps, or bathroom runs. I have been experimenting with the other oils and I am finding more ZEN each day. There are many kindle books for free to help with proper mixtures and understanding how to use the oils. I am sleeping more soundly, working with more concentration, and with little to no distractions both physical and psychological. These oils are awesome. I have also recommended these oils around the office. We are all hooked. Great sample kit.

Not very versed well in essential oils- I had bought a set similar to this with less options from another seller and found out while searching for more variety that particular seller was not selling a true essential oil. According to the reviewers for this, they are. I can definitely tell a difference between the two, but my favorite thing about this set is that they are MUCH easier to pour. Several drops come out vs. none at all with my other set, so that makes my life a fraction easier. The scents were great and loved the guide book that came with it, although I wish it had included more information than the little blurb they write per scent- like specific ways to use it instead of just the effects. Great product and will definitely only buy from Natrogix from now on!

Love the extra information on the bottle

These are wonderful essential oils. Smell great. Some essential oil packs I have gotten smell off. These do not. I love the fact that they have extra information about the essential oil on the bottle like the extraction method, part of the plant it came from, the exact name of the essential oil such as Eucalyptus Globus verses Radiata, what it blends well with, and where the aroma note comes from. Very interesting and you can tell they know their stuff.

AMAZING OILS!!!

my daughter's have the symptoms of the flu which my son was diagnosed with on Monday night at the local E.R. My oils came on Tuesday and they smell AMAZING!!! My girls put some peppermint under their noses and on their clothes and pillows and they said they can breath immediately!! They also put lavender on their pressure points to ease their headaches. Just sniffing the oils is AWESOME!! They came in such a pretty box and the booklet that came with it is just so informative!! I have told several people about purchasing these oils. The colors on the bottles are very appeasing to the eye.

Great smelling oils at a fair price and great customer service.

I ordered these because my wife loves putting them into her oil diffuser. The packaging is excellent and the oils all seem good. I have quickly become the sole operator of the oil diffuser in my pursuit of different blends. There was a double of one scent and another one was missing so I emailed their support and asked if they would just send me the single missing oil and they quickly responded, apologized and sent an entire replacement set of oils. I am very happy with the oils and the manufacturer for their very generous response. I will order these again.

Amazing collection!

I usually just buy single bottles of EO's, but this time I needed several that just so happened to be included in this kit. So I took a chance on a new company and purchased it. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the reviews were mostly good so I went for it. Let me just say that I am SOO pleasantly surprised with this essential oil collection. The oils are top quality and therapeutic grade, not to mention the box they come in is SO gorgeous. I took all the oils out and put them in my EO organizer, and am now reusing the beautiful box for storing other things. Definitely definitely worth the money. I highly recommend this set!
