Listen up ladies...although some of you may not know much about mechanical hick-ups, these tools are perfect for the person who can help when your at a friends/families house, stuck on the road, stuck in the parking lot, with your vehicle acting up or not even starting. Most times, when someone can help you, you're not in possession of the 'tool' they need. This set is nearly complete for immediate 'medicine' to help your car get going! What a fantastic deal in price, product, and convenience! I have three vehicles and I bought 3 sets! I'm very happy and pleased.

Very happy with this set, even for non-auto related tasks. Have already found it to be very useful with some odd screws in an older home thermostat. This set had the adapter I needed (square hole in the screw) thankfully so I was able to swap out the thermostat. Great value set with just about every tool for basic needs and a little beyond.

Well made and a great starter kit for my pre-teen grandson's first tool kit. I purchased both the Metric and the US for him as he needs tools to work on his BMX bike. Kind of a coming of age present that I hope last for a few years. Well Made for the price. Keep in mind my 5 stars are based on my need and I am not comparing it to my husband's top of the line tools he has had 30+ years; a great first tool set for home projects and bikes; most likely would serve you for lite automotive work. Good value for the price.

I had been looking for a good tool kit for my truck. I wanted something that would be kept under the back seat. This works perfectly. Small size for the kit there is no wasted space. Does not take up extra room.

After learning the hard way that every car should have jumper cables in it, I kind of became what would be known as a "Car Prepper." I didn't want to be stuck in the middle of imaginary nowhere during an imaginary snowstorm and have my vehicle break down with my futuristic family inside and not have the one tool I needed to fix her up and save the day! So, I bought this compact automotive tool kit so I will always be prepared! I am very pleased with the purchase because the tools inside are decent quality, organized well, and cover a range of applications. I do feel safer and more prepared to save the day if the opportunity presents itself. A good buy for a decent price.

It isn't the usual mixture found in a household set. The wrench is not large, but it fits my hand well, and seems well-made. I love the small tin-snips for household use - something I've not seen in a lower priced home tool kit. I bought this because I wanted to assemble a bakers rack and couldn't find the right screwdriver anywhere. I know I have at least 6, but like most tools - they are scattered to the winds. This toolkit lives in my bedroom and woe be unto anyone who tried to use it! I thought about something pink, but that wouldn't deter my crowd one bit!

I bought the kit as it has every tool I will ever need at a great price. Very organized and it was shipped/packaged perfectly to avoid in transit delivery. The only thing I would have liked included was a overall description of each tool. Now we all know the common ones but there are two, that I have no clue what they do....:)

Great little house set. If I can’t fix it with this then I need to hire a handyman! I have basic tool skills and this set is just right. I am smaller handed so the tools fit nicely. Definitely great for a woman. The pieces are Sturdy but not too heavy.

I had a car battery on one of those chargers that's supposed to maintain the battery. Unfortunately, rather than maintaining it, it decided to boil it over so I had a puddle of sulfuric acid under the car, on the battery tray, and elsewhere in my engine bay. A few minutes after noticing that, this tool kit arrived so I figured I had a chance to quickly try it out. Note that this is an SAE set without metric parts. Fine by me, since my job was in an older Mustang and therefore wouldn't have any metric bits. I was impressed right away with the socket wrench, which has 72 teeth for finely tuned turning. The handle is comfortable and there's negligible wobble of the socket itself. There are a couple of extensions and a spark plug socket. The modular screwdriver has the bits necessary for the majority of issues. Now, in reality, this is a starter set. You'll definitely need a bigger socket wrench for those rusty parts, as well as some larger screwdrivers and wrenches, but for a small job like today's, I had everything I needed to remove the battery, the tray, and get everything cleaned up and back together again (though admittedly I needed some baking soda and paper towels, neither of which were in the kit). The case is sturdy plastic and can be hung up on the wall using the carrying handle. The overall grade of the tools is much better than I had expected given the cost. I didn't get any sense in the first job or two that these tools would fall apart under regular use. This is a great emergency kit to keep in the trunk of the car for little jobs that sometimes arise on the road.

Solid build quality for the price. These aren't snap-on tools (or even stanley), but for a tool kit I plan on keeping in my car, it is very compact and has what I need. As mentioned in other revies, the adjustable wrench isn't as big as I would like. I added an 8mm hex key, some channel locks, and some zip ties to complete my emergency repair kit.
