I love using garlic to cook and having a big jar of garlic powder is a necessity. It's extremely versatile as I can use it with anything, anywhere. I primarily use it to season my meats before I grill or bake them but on the days I'm feeling lazy and don't want to smash some garlic, I just sprinkle this onto whatever I'm cooking instead of using the real thing

Rather than searching for a cheap 1 ounce container at Job Lot. I just ordered this up knowing that McCormick is good. No time going out in cold, spending time and gas, and I have plenty for my warm winter broiling of fish and various foods this winter/spring!

I like the fact that it's McCormick, which has always created the best spices on the market, and this garlic powder is no exception! Robust taste that I like add to just about everything I make, especially when things do go as planned cooking wise, I can grab McCormick garlic powder to make a bad situation palatable!
