Really Blocks

I purchased this UV travel umbrella to carry in my bag and to see if it made a difference reducing light and heat. Happily, it actually works extremely well and makes a big difference on walks, even at the hottest time of the day. So far I've only used it in 90 degree sun shine, but I believe I could feel a significant difference between this umbrella and an umbrella that is designed only for rain. Because it collapses to a little more than a foot long, the canopy isn't large enough to block sun from your legs if you're average height so a larger size over 60 inches will help even more for those 100 degree days on the way.

Excellent Sun Protection. Great Size. Good Value

Excellent sun protection and a hardy umbrella. I wear a hat. A face shield, or use this umbrella every day. I've opened and shut it at least a 100 times so far, shoved it in my breifcase, tossed it in the back seat when in a hurry, and caught it on a rose bush I was picking up and it is still woking fine. I've only used it once for rain, but it worked just fine

I love this umbrella! It's compact yet sturdy. I am extremely sensitive to the sun and this is very helpful when I'm out walking to protect my skin. I keep it in my bag and it's always handy in any weather situation. Love the colors too!

GREAT UMBRELLA

Love it, keeps the Texas sun off of me while walking from the parking garage to my work. Very shiney and reflective from comments i get from others. Seems ok in light wind. Havent used it in heavy wind as yet. i would get the same exact one again if i happened to loose it.

Excellent sun/rain umbrella

Great sun/rain umbrella! It is my second umbrella that I ordered within 1 week. The first product had great reviews but was useless, so, I was quite skeptical about this new order, that was even a bit cheaper. I can only say: this is a great quality product. Very robust, excellent grip, ergonomically good to hold. Auto-opening and closing, robust construction. The screen is sturdy quality, and looks nice, but still the umbrella is relatively light-weight. I hope to use it for a long time to come!

Well constructed

Works great and feels sturdy. Have used it almost every day for 2 months and it still looks/feels new. The material is thick so that I don’t feel any of the sun heat.

It's a bit heavier than I though, but durable, wind-resistant and seems to be offering good sun protection. I like it :-) And it works as a regular umbrella too.

THIS. IS. AMAZING. I hate wearing sunscreen because I can’t find a brand I like and it ruins my makeup and it’s a hassle to remember in the morning. However I like to walk around with the staff during our lunch break for exercise and this umbrella is perfect to shield against the sun’s harmful rays. It is compact enough to carry in my purse but really sturdy at the same time. I don’t get why other reviewers said t flipped out with wind. Mine seems very strong and stable. I love that it has automatic fold-in capabilities if you press the down button. It’s an *amazing* price for the quality you’re getting. Bought one for all my coworkers. It’s a small price to pay for nice skin later on when aging reveals Sun spots and damage.

Great purchase

Excellent product for the price. I purchased this for my trip to South America being at the equator the sun is Strong, this umbrella is a great shield.
