This tool is used for measuring metal width and thickness. It is very accurate and easy to use. The tool is easily zeroed for each use. The cost of this tool is very affordable. The tool is very durable as well.

Very well crafted.

I have been using this caliper for about six months now. I bought it after my H.F. caliper started to behave erratically. This is a far superior tool. The slide action is silky smooth and the fit and finish is as good as or better than the pricey brands. I have a set of precision machinist blocks (1" x 2" x 3") to test the accuracy of this caliper against the accuracy of a pair of older Mititoyo dial calipers that I inherited. In addition to easily being the prettiest, the Rexbeti also proved to be the most accurate of the three. That, combined with the advantages that a digital electronic caliper has over older technology, makes the Rexbeti the best measuring tool in my tool box. In short, I love it.

I have used the caliper several times now and note there is a satisfying consistency of readings when, as a test, I took a series of measurements of the same dimension of a part. I first received an empty envelope from Amazon. Some one had sliced it open and stolen the caliper package. Fortunately for me, Amazon replaced it. Because this product was packaged in a padded envelope, it was relatively easy for some one to cut it open. I suggest packaging it in a box which would be more difficult to open quickly and covertly.

Amazing for Anthropology Majros!

As an anthropology major in college these little things are used often in class. Mine recently broke after two years and the book stores are over 150 dollars. I ordered this one and I am so lucky I did! First off it isn’t $150, but the quality is better than the original one I had! It’s actually heavy and durable! Also incredibly accurate! I have been measuring humeri heads a few days now and every time it is 100% accurate! I would definitely recommend for a friend and have already sent the link to other peers!!

Durable and accurate

I still remember back in the days when it took me a while to find the ticks that match. This digital caliper is so convenient to use. It came with an extra spare battery and screwdrivers to replace the battery. It will measure both inside and outside dimensions too. Also, it also does depth measurements...it does it all!

Good and precise measurement tool

when i rekeyed the locks, the pins from old locks were discarded, which is such a waste so I brought this digit caliper to sort, organized and reuse the old pins. the caliper works great, i tried measuring a pin with multiple time and it gave me very steady readings. very easy to sort the lock pins by diameter and length. the only drawback is that, it is pretty heavy, but I guess it is what makes it measuring very precisely every time.

All metal (even the calculater) no plastic caliper, just the way I like em!

Great caliper, wheel was a little sandy feeling and squeeky, no biggie dab a spec or two of “3 in1” oil in the middle of the wheel and smoothed it right up now it’s quit and slides smooth like a more expensive one, this issue has popped up in a few reviews so there ya go

Nothing says steam punk better than a set of calipers.

The caliper's case is ordinary plastic, though it does protect this precision instrument well. One thing you'll notice right away is the frosted hardened stainless steel bar. I've rarely seen this done to stainless. The caliper's main body is rounded and so well polished, it enhances the design dramatically. These calipers are worth it and I would recommend them to all designers and machinists who demand excellence.

When I got my original caliper the display was defective, I contact the seller, and sent the picture of the display, they took prompt action to send me a new one, I am very pleased to say that the new product is perfect, it is a very high quality product and this seller will take care of you, can't say enough about the good service. If you are looking for a caliper, look no further, I highly recommend this product, the material and workmanship are incredible, you will not be disappointed, not sure what happened to the bad display in my original order, but trust me folks, even the best products in the planet will encounter some unexpected defects occasionally.
