Quick, Easy, Clean!
This should be called QUICK & EASY! I used this on porcelain (both with a matte finish and a wood look) as well as honed and unfilled Travertine all of the tile has been sealed to protect the grout and Travertine. Prior to using the L&E the matte finish porcelain still had a few areas with the remains of a shine coating my housekeeper mistakenly added to the mop water. L&E took it off an left the floor with an even matte glow, just like the original install. I was very pleased. On the porcelain wood I had a couple of area that still had some grout haze that hadn't come off, I sprayed those with a bit of vinegar prior to cleaning with the L&E, it removed the haze and left the tile perfect. The Travertine came out looking glossy and clean just like after it was installed. About using L&E: I used only filtered water from my sink. I kept it on the mid setting, for everything except where I had the grout haze. Note that it conserves water by shutting off the steam setting when you set it upright, you select the steam setting when you tilt it down to use it. I used the clothes steamer and although it doesn't do as well as an iron it does address the major winkles in shirts/pants. It is very easy to assemble and change the accessories. I have over 2000 SF of tile and purchased 2 extra pads, I needed 3 total to do all the tile. Its light and easy to move around. It is much, much easier than a mop and bucket, is equal or better for results, AND it saves my hands and nails! Its well worth the price.

Great mop! It cleaned my very old vinyl flooring ...
Great mop! It cleaned my very old vinyl flooring that was seeming impossible to clean, even by hand washing. The attachments are amazing. I was able to use the triangle head to get into corners in the kitchen and behind the toilet. The mop is lightweight, even when full of water. Overall a great product.

It works. Works good. Real good.
It works. I've tried one other brand of comparable function (shark handheld steamer ~$40) and it barely spat out warm mist. It made me think maybe this family of products overall is junk. Finally, after reading reviews for this and still keen on steaming away my worries, I took the plunge, hoping it was as good as the reviews promised but not exactly expecting so. Well, I'm glad to say I was wrong. This thing spits out hot steam. I've only used it on the high setting and I've used it in both handheld mode and mop mode. Handheld you can get up close and personal with stains and what not. More than once, due to carelessness, my other hand (I call it my 'wiping hand') got too close to the stream and I immediately felt the heat, causing my arm to jerk away. Wasn't burned. Yeah, my reflexes are THAT good. Probably why I'm so good at racquetball. Anyway, I took it as a good sign. I want steam, not mist. I want to boil away the bacteria and schmootz that haunts my surfaces. This seems to do just that. Although I have a meat thermometer I might hold in front of the stream. ... Okay, I'm back: I just held a digital meat thermometer to the stream using handheld with the gray pointed attachment. Right up close, about a centimeter away, and it heated up to 190F and that drops off fairly quickly as I moved the tip away. I would figure the steam coming out the bottom in mop mode is somewhere less than that. Safe assumption? Not exactly boiling (212F) but hot enough for my needs. This is just my quick, dumb test so the manufacturer specifications might be different. I say get it and steam clean your little heart out! Blast those stove parts! Revive that dog crate! Get that nasty bathroom cleaned up! Believe in yourself!

We have been very pleased with the performance of our new Steam Mop
We have been very pleased with the performance of our new Steam Mop. We use it to clean the vinyl tile flooring in the waiting room of our medical office once daily. It is easy to use and light-weight. We do use it with a small amount of a floor cleaner like Method tile cleaner as the steam alone does not seem sufficient to clean the salt/grime tracked in. We don't believe this a flaw or limitation of the product itself as we are highly satisfied with the way this steam mop cleans. Prior to this we tried a Shark steam mop in the waiting room that did a poor job comparatively; even with the addition of a floor cleanser, the Shark still left white streaks. The reusable pads wash well and seem durable. We would recommend this product and probably will purchase also for home use.

Works great
Amazing product. i just had my house cleaned by professional cleaners with large vacuums, mops, etc. They were on their knees cleaning the floors in my one bedroom apt. I ran the steam mop through after they finished since I just got it, and wanted to kill any remaining germs. I was amazed (see photo). The mop pad is a result of doing about 600 sq. ft. of space that includes my kitchen, hall, bathroom, and living room (mostly carpet in the living room). I still need to do the bedroom! The smaller mop is from doing couches and cat house, probably a 10 minute job with the smaller one. As you can see, it picked up tons of dirt that my cleaners couldn't. I bought this because my cat, my husband, and I all have really bad allergies, and I wanted to be rid of any environment factors in the house that might be living with us. So far no regrets! Just a heads up that the carpet piece, which i bought separately for $10, was completely useless. it doesn't clip on and rather the mop "sits" on top of it. Thus, every time you move the mop, it pops out. I am sending mine back. Also, because my house was completely vacuumed before i used it, i had no problems with crumbs. However, I think that may be an issue the steam mop wouldn't fix. I have a cordless Hoover I use for this purpose. it might be annoying if you don't have any easy vacuum option and only use this option for cleaning. Also, full disclosure that i am writing this review in exchange two free mopheads, which was indicated in the package. however, the content of the review was not influenced by the incentive.

Wow, mega steam! I first tried another brand of steam mop before purchasing this one. The other mop was a total disappointment, barely any steam came out and did very poorly cleaning the tile floors in my kitchen, just left a wet mess. This mop in contrast blasts hot steam out and cleans great! I have also used the attachment (which the other mop didn't come with) to clean old pee stains out of our king Mattress (My little baby daughters accident not mine! :P ), and it worked great. I would highly recommend this mop I have been very pleased with it. Oh and I need to mention the build quality, it has that nice plastic feel, not the brittle plastic but the kind of thick rubbery plastic, it feels really nice and sturdy in the hand. Also it has a sensor in the handle so that if you should drop it to run and answer the phone, the steam ceases to come out, nice safety feature! All in all very happy!

A fantastic little machine !
This steam mop is fantastic ! This is my first steam mop and after searching for quite some time both on line and in stores I decided on this one because of all the good reviews. I am very happy that I did. I have only had this machine for a couple of days, and I was so excited I started using it the minute it arrived. I love it. It is light weight yet sturdy, is so very easy to use and does a great job. We have a lot of tile in our home and I was able to clean quickly and efficiently. Cleaning floors has never been so easy. I love that it doesn't need any harsh cleaners and the floor dries very quickly, no soggy residue, and a very clean floor. The versatility is also a great plus, this little machine can do so much. I haven't used all the functions yet but I have great confidence they will meet my expectations.

Just call me Joy cause I'am ready to host this mop on HGTV
Wow! Seriously I don't ever write reviews but this mop is a serious game changer! Where have you been my whole life!? I have worked really had at creating a non-toxic home/life and this is just the icing on the cake! It works so well on wood, tile and that pesky laminate flooring that feels impossible to clean without breaking a sweat! ha! Just call me Joy cause I'am ready to host this mop on HGTV..! lol Not only does it actually clean your floors but it's super easy and I love the function that when you set the mop sitting up right on it's own it goes into off mode and you just have to pull the mop handle down to get it going again. GREAT for all homes especially ones with pets and babies.

Excellent! As close to a perfect clean as you can get!
I own a Pilates & Fitness studio that is 2100 sq. ft. of nearly all wood flooring. Mopping the floor is a major undertaking and must be done frequently due to the foot traffic -AND- the high volume of bare foot/hand contact and sweat from daily fitness/Pilates classes. I only wish I had found this device sooner! Here's what I experienced: THE FLOOR MUST BE PROPERLY PREPARED I started with a thorough sweeping followed by running a vacuum cleaner along the edges, corners, and tough-to-reach spots. Same routine I do before mopping with my twist mop. If you are not going to take this step, you will not have good results. The steam mop is not a broom or vacuum, and does not pick up sediment or debris. THE FLOOR WILL HAVE AN INITIAL LAYER OF GRIME THAT MUST BE DEALT WITH A standard twist mop and bucket of water will only accomplish so much and, after years of cleaning this way, the floor had a reasonable layer of mop residue that had to come up in addition to the surface simply needing to be cleaned. I only mop with a mixture of water, tea tree oil, isopropyl alcohol, and vinegar I make myself. If I had been using a detergent or soap based cleaner, I expect the mop residue would have been substantially worse. I also mop regularly, so the dirtiness of the floor is not from neglect but rather general every-day-use. If you don't mop regularly, it's going to take more than one pass with the steam mop to deal with what's sitting on top of your floor. COMPLAINTS OF THE STEAM MOP "PUSHING DIRT AROUND" I noticed in areas of heavy foot traffic the steam mop head did leave a small amount of dirt/dust that would trail in a neat line across the floor as I mopped. I could also feel resistance in the sliding of the mop across the floor increase in these areas, which required a little more strength to push through and, after a few passes, would give way to normal sliding of the steam mop. This leads me to believe that the dirt/dust that was trailed by the steam mop was actually dirt/dust that became adhered to the floor surface over time which the steam mop efficiently loosened. Additionally, the dirt/dust that was left behind was easily picked up by the vacuum and, upon another pass over the floor with the steam mop, did not present a second time. EASE OF USE: AVERAGE PHYSICAL FITNESS REQUIRED The steam mop was out of the box, assembled, and put to work in a matter of five minutes. The fabric piece that attaches to the mop head to clean the floor takes about 30 seconds to become wet enough to move freely across the floor. At this point, it does take some physical effort to move the steam mop across the floor; it is essentially a wet rag on a stick being pushed across the floor so there is some resistance that requires average physical fitness. Comparatively, I found that it was the same physical effort required by my twist mop when factoring in wringing out the twist mop repetitively. MAJOR SCORE IN FAVOR OF THE STEAM MOP: I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could effectively and efficiently operate and maneuver the steam mop ambidextrously... this is something I can not do with the twist mop which leads to repetitive single-sided body movement that always leaves my back sore and aching. INITIAL OVERALL PERFORMANCE: FIVE STARS I used the steam mop in two back-to-back passes of the entire floor. The first pass I really took my time to work through the initial residue I knew was on the floor and used four of the fabric mop head attachments in doing so. The second pass I moved briskly over the entire floor (the same pace I would use if I was vacuuming the floor) and only used one fabric mop head cleaner. (See picture for comparison of what the steam mop picked up both times.) The steam mop ran for a solid four hours without incident and I used just under a gallon of water for the entire cleaning. The fabric mop head attachments did not bunch or fail. THE MOST INCONVENIENT ASPECT OF USING THE STEAM MOP was navigating the cord and can be compared to the same inconvenience of navigating a vacuum cord when vacuuming... so, not a substantial inconvenience. Second to that was stopping periodically to refill the water reservoir. The refill cup that comes with the mop makes this super easy so, again, not a substantial inconvenience. FINAL STEAM MOP VS. TWIST MOP CONCLUSION: STEAM MOP CRUSHED IT! After using the steam mop, the floor is ridiculously clean; it has likely never been cleaner. It is literally "squeaky clean"... my shoes squeak as I walk across the floor. The steam mop did not leave water stains on the floor (like the twist mop did) so the final finish is amazingly bright and shiny as seen in the photos I've included. I will likely only ever use my twist mop again for dealing with large water spills (from dropping a bottle of water or the occasional plumbing issue). WORD OF ADVICE: Definitely get extra fabric mop head attachments. The steam mop comes with only one. After reading reviews before purchasing, I decided to buy an extra two packs of fabric mop head attachments which turned out to be the perfect amount for this initial cleaning. I will likely only need two-to-three for future cleanings but glad to have the extras on hand just-in-case.

Simple to use
I have been looking for a steam cleaner for some time. I didn’t have a mop or other handheld cleaner before so I was on my hands and knees (yeah, I know, get with it, girl) cleaning the floor. I have 2 cats and one does not always use the litter box properly so I am frequently cleaning up. This mop showed me that my floors were dirtier than I thought, even as often as I was cleaning them. It is so easy to use. I like the feature that if on, it will automatically shut off if left in the upright position. I was able to clean my floors with only 2 full containers of water in the device, using medium steam (as a test). I will be trying the garment steamer feature soon and see how the other attachments work out. I’d like to see how it might freshen up my carpet and furniture between cleanings. Definitely need more of the mop heads so that I can clean several times as necessary between mop head cover washings.
