Excellent Product/Support

This device is perfect for situations where you need a receipt, ticket, etc. printed. The device is well constructed and performs as expected. We are using it to print stickers and it works great. Worked with their support to get remote control set up, which helps us update apps automatically, track the device and support remote users.
