Not as the rumor says, but very trustworthy product!

My cabinet guy actually told me not to order this brand because he heard many bad experience from it, but I couldn't resist the look so I though I would give it try. Luckily, Empava did not disappoint me. For one, this oven looks spectacular! (Of course, that's why I bought it) Then for the installation, I didn't do it, but the electrician only charged me one hour for it so I assume it's rather simple. Last, the performance. I was deliberately cooking foods from this oven. I used 3 times so far, all of them came out as I wanted. So I guess my conclusion is that Empava does make decent product.

I waited a little while before I started reviewing this product because I needed to see its performance overtime since it's a big appliance.. Well, the result was satisfying. I used it for baking cookie, roasting turkey, and did a simple broil and all worked as it should. The main reason I bought this is because of its look. But with these cheaper ones I always worry about the performance since they are the main purpose of appliances. This one works out as it should. No issues.
