Absolutely A Good Purchase

I purchased this light a couple months ago to film videos at night for my YouTube channel. I had tried some other options but when I found this one at this price point I jumped on it. I have used it several times over the past couple months and have been very impressed. So far I have not changed the batteries and it is super bright. It has a dimmer switch to adjust the brightness. If you need a light to film give this one a try, you will not be disappointed.

Powerfull little light

This is a very nice, small, but yet powerfull, light. It has 49 led lights with different levels of intensity that can be set in the same power on/off button. It uses two AA batteries (not included) and its very nice to use for photographs and videos. It has three cold shoes so you can attach more lights or mics if you want to. There's a better option of this product, at least IMO, is one of the same brand that has more leds and comes with a rechargeable battery and two filters, one white and one yellow.

Works great!

Very simple! I used this for my vlogs when it gets too dark and I don't want to keep upping my ISO and create more noise. It is dimmable, but can't change the color temperature at all The best part is that I can add multiple lights together with the 3 extra horseshoe mounts on the side of the light. Battery life is okay, depends how long you are using and if have the brightness all the way up.

Great Video Recording Light

I’m a SAG-AFTRA actor. When my agent or manager tells me to submit a video audition to a casting director in LA, I use the Ulanzi ST-03 to steady my iPhone 10 to record my audition video, and I use the Ulanzi LED Recording Light for low light situations. it's a great little lamp

This is a lovely affordable solution. The lens over the leds is already soft... it's a great little lamp. And, while not announced in the description, this uses "AA" batteries...

Great for my needs

I was looking for an LED light that lit up my face enough dad you could see me clearly and that it wasn't too bright that made me look white will try and good video myself on the go. It takes two AA batteries and it has three hot shoe mount that makes it nice to mount other accessories like a microphone as I do in these pictures. It is nice that it is adjustable meaning you can dim and brighten the light up and at full brightness it is plenty for what I'm looking for. I like this light but some may say that it's not bright enough for their needs but that's why there's different types of Lights with more LEDs. But for a single point and shoot light it will light you up plenty in pitch dark. The third picture is a picture of myself in a pitch dark room but with this LED light on and I think it lights up the room plenty to see me clearly and some of my background . I recommend this lights and I might get another one. The price for this light is very reasonable and it's well made.

And there was light....

Alright, this product did its job in providing the light I needed for my smartphone at night. Not using up my battery life from the phone and provided a bright led light to the background ass needed when taking a picture at night! Really recommend this to everyone! Its light in weight and small that can be carried on you at all times.

Works well on GoPro.

Bought light to use as fill and as a microphone spacer on my GoPro to keep the “dead cat” out of the picture. The light weight makes it ideal for that task.

For the price, a great option!

Okay... so I read lots of reviews before buying these. Many people talked about how these didn't provide much light. I'd purchased other light sets before, so for the price, so I didn't have very high expectations. Honestly, these aren't bad. I think the people complaining need to buy the box lights, deal with the set-up and take down, and they'll start to appreciate the simplicity of these lights more. I connect 3 of these lights at the same time since they interlock - it's definitely an effective option if you want to video something on the go without all of the setup. I love that they're powered by AA batteries and don't need a camera battery to operate them. Overall, I'll probably purchase more of them. I'm a fan!
