Highly recommend for minimalists

I wanted a super thin case that was easy to put on and take off but still provided a good lip for the camera and this little case met all of my expectations! It is extraordinarily thin (which is good). I have no trouble reaching the mute switching and it is easy to press the buttons on either side. The plug hole on the bottom is even extra wide for those extra wide plugs some people get. I am very happy with this purchase and would definitely make it again. UPDATE (11 months after initial purchase): I was up on a ladder and had my phone in this case and dropped it onto my hard floor from a 9’ ceiling. My phone is perfectly fine! The corner of the case cracked a bit, but that means it stopped my phone from doing the cracking. I am VERY pleased with this case still and just ordered another one.

Very slim and fits well

I originally ordered the 2017 X models case with the note that the case would work on the new XS that i had on order from Apple. Torras reached out to me rather quickly to confirm if i was going to use the case for the X or XS. Upon confirming with them that it was the XS, they stated that due to a small design change to the camera placement, that the case would not fit snugly. They immediately placed a new order for me so that i would be shipped the updated XS case once it got to Amazon's warehouse. Everything was seamless for me as a customer. Once the case arrived, it popped right on as it should and i have been very happy. I haven't tried apple pay yet but it does allow wireless charging through it. I have used a Torras slim case on my 7 Plus for a long time and have been very happy with how well it has held up and look forward to that for the new XS. So far, no complaints at all for both Torras as a company and the case itself. Some photos of the fitment even with a full vinyl wrap protecting the phone itself. Front photo does have the original plastic from Apple on the phone which is why there is a small "defect" area in the top section. Not caused by the case at all

Perfect fit for iPhone X

Torras case fits my iPhone X perfectly. It’s exactly what I was looking for in a minimalistic case. The texture is wonderful, the button keys (except mute switch) are very clever the way they are raised yet stealth at the same time and offer protection without getting in the way of the function and the camera on the backside also has just the right amount of coverage and protection so laying the phone down on a flat surface will not touch the lens. The fit of the case is perfect with maybe just about .05 of a mm of the edge on the face raised so it doesn’t get in the way of swiping motions around the edges of the device. Overall, I would give this minimalistic case a 10/10 for price-function-design ratio. It’s not fancy but fancy was not what I was looking for. This Torras case is exactly what I needed to cover my new iPhone X.

This case is exactly what I was looking for. The bottom area and areas around the buttons are left exposed to allow for better gesture execution. The plastic is very thin... it will only protect from scratches and shattered glass. I rarely drop my phone, but scratches from regular use is a huge problem for when I go caseless. This case is the perfect compromise. This is a case for people that want some protection, but not so much that it takes away from the beautiful design. It fits somewhere between a typical case with lots of protection and a skin.

Slim, good material, nice grip.

This really is a slim case!!! Just FYI it is not a silicone case if that’s what you are expecting. It is made of a harder material, but let me tell you something, it is really good! It protects your camera lens, not your screen I recommend getting a tempered glass for that matter. The material feels great in your hands, it is not slippery, has a good grip to it.

Brilliant Red Shade and fits iPhone X

This case is lightweight, slim and pretty. Love the rich red color and it fits the iPhone X perfectly. Will get more colors to switch it up.

Great fit, looks good.

This is the most unobtrusive cover I could find for the iPhone X. I've never been a fan of covers, but because the glass is so close to the edge, I thought it would be a good idea. The lip of the shell does not interfere with a finger touching the edge of the screen. The surface of the back offers just enough friction that there's no fear of dropping the phone.

Slim, almost unnoticeable

Easy to slip the phone into. Easy access to the charging ports and the speakers openings line up well. Buttons are easy to press. The grip on it is good and it has withstood a couple falls from about 4-5 ft high. I like that there is no visible logo on the outside and that, according to the packaging, the product materials are sustainable and most of the packaging is made from recycled paper. UPDATE 4/14/2019 It’s been around 9 months since I ordered this case. It survived a few drops while I was standing with no damage I can see to the phone itself. The power button cover of the case recently fell off. I messaged the company and they got back to me quickly, asked for a picture, and sent over a replacement case right away with what seemed like 2-day shipping. A great warranty, great customer service, and they even asked if I would like the silicone version of the case, which is a newer version. I went with the old version, I preferred the hard plastic. On another note, I also have a glass screen protector and when it fell face down from standing height the protector did crack, nothing to do with the case except that the screen lip is not substantial. The screen lip works well for me in that it is minimal and should protect the screen if I did not have a glass screen protector attached.

Fits and feels like a glove.

Best case ever. It feels like a skin that is meant the the iPhone X that feels luxurious and looks naturally expensive. The case is non-slippery, the edges are smooth and the materiel is soft to the touch. I looked through all the cases on Amazon and felt this one was the best option. It isn't going to give you the same protection as an Otterbox, but how and where I use the phone doesn't require that level. The packaging was professional and easy to open. Torras gets a five star rating. They even emailed me to make sure I was happy with the case and offered remedies if I wasn't happy. I rarely give five stars but for this product and service, nothing but.

After a while, you honestly forget it's there and I love this case.

Disclaimer: I have not been paid by Amazon or any other company for this review. Appearance/Design 5/5. The phone case is sleek looking. My friends always wonder why my phone looks better than theirs even though they have the same phone. It is a very slim design that at times appears like the there is nothing on the phone. I sometimes do worry about how thin it is and how much protection I will get from it but fingers crossed. The case does go on easy but is a little harder to take off which is a good thing and hard these "cuts" in the bottom corner which make it "easier" to take off. Cut-outs are precise and it does not hinder the phone's normal buttons Functionality 5/5. So far nothing bad has happened. I have dropped my phone a couple times by accident from about 3 feet on different surfaces (hard wood, carpet) and it has held up. I have not had any drops on concrete or more rugged surfaces that would truly test the effectiveness of the case so it's hard to tell. I will update this review if anything changes. Besides that, the case adds grip when holding the phone. It makes it easier to pick up and securely hold on to without fear of it slipping out of your hand. After a while, you honestly forget it's there and I love this case. I like that it is not bulky and does not make the phone look ugly. I would still be careful with drops and all as this may only offer minimal protection. Will be buying another one if I ever need to. Hope this helps some people.
