Impressive customer service

if i could give 0 stars I would. I bought a two pack and neither of them worked! I was able to open them initially but once I reset the code neither the code I set nor the original code was working. I was determined it was my fault so I kept at it and googled videos and everything for a solid hour. Then my brother, boyfriend and step dad all tried and failed as well. I'm sending them back. Update: 7/16 the company sent me a new package of two prior to my return even being finished. And both locks work! I appreciate the great customer service so I’ve update to a 4 Star review.

Pretty Sick

Cool little combo locks that fit a standard wall locker. You can set the combination you want to use stupid easy, and you’re good to go. Only thing I could see as a negative with these is you have to have the combination lined up to lock it as well, then have to turn the numbers to lock it - so it’s not like a dial lock in the respect that as soon as you close it it locks again.

I've never written a review for a product. But the service from Puroma staff demands that I respond. We've become accustomed to accept Amazon good product delivery as standard. But how do companies handle products which are flawed or where the purchaser has made an error in use. Puroma has only one service standard. Instant amazing response. They guide you. They respond and when the product has a problem has not performed perfectly...it is replaced. And there is continued follow-up. We expect this response from sales staff with expensive purchases. But low priced items. This is an unbelievable staff with a very good product. Amazing

Disappointed

I end up returning them back. I was unable to reset the lock. It was very complicated to reset even though I watched videos on YouTube over and over again but still no success so I send it back. UPDATE: The Puroma customer service agent contacted me and apologized for the inconvenience I had with the product. They were able to send another set of locks for free which I was able to reset successfully. The customer service agent made me under that the previous locks had a defect. I am glad with the excellent customer service and effort they put in to make me satisfy. The product is working good and using it for my gym locker. I highly recommend the locks.

Portable & Easy to Use

Super lightweight and great for gym lockers. The instruction booklet clearly explains how to set your code and how to reset it in the future if you wish to. Perfect for carrying in your purse or gym bag. Would be great for employee lockers as well. It's not the sturdiest lock but it will keep your stuff safe from casual thieves.

Great service/good locks

The locks seem to be good quality but I'm sure they aren't made for securing really valuable things. I just needed something for my shed and the gate on my fence. Had problem with one, they sent me replacement in 2 days.

Simple, Functional Lock, Great Service

Needed a simple combo lock for my kids to use at the gym. This one is perfect, with a four digit customizable code. Of eight I've purchased, one wouldn't lock after combo change. Could have been user error or product defect. Contacted company and got a response within 24 hours offering to send a replacement. New lock received two days later... free of charge. Great job!

So far, I have no complaints! I love the idea of not having to memorize a traditional combination code or having to carry a key around you when at the gym. These are a nice alternative to the traditional combination lock. Fairly easy to set your code as well. And, you also get to pick your code, so it is far easier to never forget what it is LOL ,these are heavy locks that are so far, well worth the money!

Great price

I have bought 4 of these now, I use them to secure two sheds, A fence gate, and my homes electrical box(which is on the outside). They get the job done and are generally easy to use. I am not sure how the locking mechanism works, but you could probably just cut them with a bolt cutter pretty easily. I have not tested this and I don't see a reason to knock off a star without properly knowing the limits of the lock. This opinion is purely based off observation. I mainly use them as a deterrent, I have a camera system so I would catch the perpetrator anyways. However, They would have to cut off the lock on my fence(or jump over it) and then cut all the other locks to the sheds and electrical box. At this point so much time would be wasted and that was the point in me purchasing these locks. Pros: - Great price and quality - Easy to setup and use Cons: - By observation only, the locks look like they could be cut off easily

Good construction, seems durable and we'll made

A+ seller, shipped fast and received the item quickly. Great product, heavier then expected so it seems durable. Easy to use and reset code if you'd like to. Recommend this product for sure!
