A God Sent pill for me!!

God is Great!! This stuff is amazing!! I started taking this for inflammation and pain in my knee due to osteoarthritis. I love to run and had to stop running. My knee was swollen and difficult to bend for 2 weeks even with regular compression, ice, and lack of running. It was suggested I try turmeric by a friend. After some research, I decided to try this brand due to the turmeric root extract (higher potency & quality than the powder), black pepper extract (helps body to absorb and use the turmeric), and the ginger (also an anti-inflammatory). This brand also seems to have clean, quality ingredients and Amazon will tell you where everything came from when you scan the barcode. After about 3 days of using, my inflammation had significantly gone down. I was back to my running after the 3 days. I have been taking it for close to 2 months now. I am still able to run, my inflammation feels gone, and my knee feels great, no pain. I can bend it just fine. I recommended this to my mother in law who needs a total knee replacement due to her osteoarthritis. I checked in with her after 2 weeks of taking it and she said she feels it’s helping her and has not had any pain. She is going to continue using it. On a side note, this has also helped me tremendously with mentrual cramping. I noticed this benefit closer to month 2. I pray they never change this product or make it with less quality. DRINKABLE

Have just consumed one capsule so my rating does not reflect whether the product works in reducing my joint pain. Too soon to tell. However, I am pleased to discover that this capsule may be fairly pleasantly consumed as a hot beverage. Have trouble swallowing capsules, so this is important to me. Mild, slightly peppery taste that is not bad. Others who are considering purchasing this might be interested.

I started feeling less joint pain after 2 to 3 weeks. I have fibromyalgia and i feel quite a bit better. Had a little bit of bathroom issues with it at first but it has gotten better. I quit it for a week and could really tell the difference. Ill be a customer for life!!

Really Helps with Pain!

Please keep making this! This stuff is truly helping me with my joint & nerve pain. Unfortunately, Tylenol, anti-inflammatory medicines, joint pain creme; basically anything over the counter does not touch my pain. I was taking many different types of turmeric & curcumin supplements for weeks with no relief. Then I read in my new herb remedy that you need to take turmeric with black pepper & ginger to be effective. Then I found this product & decided to try. I'm so glad I did! At first I thought it was too good to be true. That I may be having a placebo effect. I did not want to get my hopes up, but sure enough IT WORKS! Been a month now still working. It has to be this. It is the only thing I have changed since. It has helped me 75%. That's a BIG deal for me. I'm so happy & grateful for this product! I take 1 a day with breakfast. Great product. According to all of my reading, proper proportions to make it easy for the body to absorb the curcumin.

I've been taking this supplement for the last 2 months, and feel that it is definitely beneficial. Joints feel better, less overall aches and pain. After doing some reading, it seems that this has the proper proportions of curcumin and black pepper to make the product more absorbent and bio-available. Ginger is a nice touch, good for overall digestion. I like that Amazon tells me exactly what is in the capsules, where it was sources, etc. I've purchased multiple bottles, and plan on continuing to do so.

Pain relief

I absolutely love this product! For at least 6 months, I suffered from hip pain at night while sleeping. As time went by, it became worse. There were nights in which it was excruciating. I was diagnosed as having mild hip osteoarthritis. All doctors told me was the same ole same ole - take NSAIDS, Aleve, Motrin, etc... I'm sure you've been told the same. I started taking this product in June, it is now July. I've been taking this pill in the evening with supper. The 1st evening, I still woke up in pain. The 2nd evening, I slept the whole night thru with no pain! I've been taking this pill for almost a month and have only woken up 2 nights in pain. That is incredible! My hip pain has decreased significantly since I started taking this pill. Even my knee pain has decreased. I am always skeptical of reviews, but I have to tell you, that if you are suffering from arthritis, bone pain, etc. - buy 1 bottle and give it a try. The pain relief is incredible. Even my depression seems better, maybe b/c I'm not waking up in extreme pain almost every morning. Whatever it is - it's a miracle in a bottle!

Amazons Tumeric is high quality

What I like most about Amazon Basics Tumeric is that they test the product and show the results of the tests. You really know what your getting with this product. With other brands you don’t know what’s inside the capsules. This Tumeric complex has 400 mg of Tumeric which is much higher than many brands. In addition it has ginger and black pepper to help with absorption. Comparing amount of Tumeric per pill to the price makes this a great deal from Amazon. Just as good

This Tumeric supplement seems to work just as good as the name brands. It is a better value and fits my budget better than spending money for something more expensive.

blood pressure dropped like a rock

After a month of one capsule a day, BP went from 148/100 to 114/75. (67 year old slightly over weight male). The plan is to post again in a couple months.
