Makes cleaning the tank so easy!

When I tell you this has made clean the tank day so much easier! My husband used to literally scoop the water out of our 55 gallon, remove the rocks to wash then, wash all the plants, put it all back together and fill her back up, took him allllll day. Happy to say I got this aquarium vacuum and he was able to clean the rocks(what his main goal is) in no time without all the other work. Also love that we no longer have to take buckets of water to the tank with this hose be we can attach right to the tap.

Great product!

Great product and very convenient. One long hose, a great suction tool to get it started and the option to hook it to your faucet. The faucet didn’t work for me because of old plumbing but the bucket and siphon method worked without a hitch. Just make sure you have the required opposing levels so it works. No more carting buckets. To siphon out of the tank just stretch the hose down the tub drain.

A must have for any aquarist!

Love this hose!! I’ve been looking for one that would work easily with multiple faucet types and this one is exactly that. It was so incredibly simple to connect and start draining my 72 gal tank. I had it out of the box and draining within 5 minutes and just followed the video here to know what to do. I’m starting the refill now and it’s just as simple. Makes me mad about the other hose I had purchased that was twice the price and way more complicated. A must have for any aquarium hobbyist! :)))

Worth every penny

Once I figured out how to use it, I loved it. Super easy to drain and fill tank. I dont have to subject my poor betta to uncomfortable water changes. He just chilled after inspecting it, even after I used it to fill up. The instructions are too simple tho, I struggled to get it on my faucet. I actually thought I broke it before figuring out the faucet adapter has a removable inside part that allows for use with a wider faucet.

Made cleaning my tank soooo much easier!

I used this for the first time last night and it made cleaning my 20 gal tank so much easier and faster. I hated lugging my 2 gal bucket back and forth 8 times when I was cleaning the tank. I was able to use the siphon part really easily and quickly. The suction is not quite as good as the larger tube vacuum siphon I had prior but it was worth it to not run back and forth with buckets. Hooking this up to my sink for the fill was a little tricky. I found the instructions and pieces to be confusing. I couldn't get the filter/faucet part off my kitchen or bathroom sinks so wasn't able to use those. I was able to somehow get this hooked up to the hose that attaches to my handheld shower head although I had to remove a piece from that hose to get it to work. i'm not sure if it was set up correctly or not, but it worked and didn't leak so I considered it a win. This will 100% make cleaning my tank way less of a chore now.

Don’t know how I lived Without this

I have owned fishtanks for over 20 years. Maintaining them is one of the most challenging parts of being a fish owner. I have owned numerous siphons But honestly had never realized there were siphons that had pumps. At one time I owned a 120 gallon fish tank which required a lot of maintenance. My 25 gallon tank is more manageable. This device has made my life so much easier as well as the life of my fish. Now I will never have to do that again the joys of not having to carry buckets of water and cleaning up a mess afterwards made this job a 10 minute mess free process . I ordered the 25 foot hose and it just reaches my sink. My fish were undisturbed by the process as well as my fish tank decor. The instructions included were helpful and I had it put together in less than a minute. The connection between the safe and ball and the hose snaps in place easily and comes apart easily also. I was able to attach it to my sink faucet by unscrewing the aerator, And screwing on the attachment. This made filling my tank a fast easy process that I was so thankful for. Now this is something I can add to my children’s chore list because it is so easy to operate I know that they can handle it. I highly recommend this product to anyone that has a fish tank. I do not know how I lived so long without one.

Works amazing, time saver, no more lifting buckets

Works really well as it adapts to most faucet sizes with the rubber and tightener. Instructions and short and sweet and straight to the point. I hate reading long instructions. This is a must buy for any fish tank owner. Works both directions for filling and removing water. One con though is that it's difficult to get all the water out once you're done. I had to pump the air pump relentlessly to try to get most of the water out. I think would be easier with someone holding one end up high so the water drains out completely.

I stopped cleaning my tanks just to write this review. Let me start by saying that this freaking thing changed my life. Forever. I’ve been using an old school basic suction hose attached to a 25’ garden hose to drain and fill my two 55 gallon tanks. I had to attach the garden hose with a crappy adapter I made from hardware store stuff and I would have to hook the hose to the shower head nozzle on the top floor of my house and run the hose down to my basement to fill the one tank. But this....this Laifoo siphon has the adapter-a REAL adapter-that fits onto my basement bathroom sink tap. The suction bulb, that also has a REAL adapter, means I don’t have to use my mouth to pull the water to to start the siphon and risk getting nasty old water in my mouth. And as for the adapters, they have a quick connect and quick release feature that is AMAZING. If you have tanks of any size, YOU NEED THIS SIPHON. Buy it now. And if you do things the old school way like I have for my entire life, you will cry tears of joy at how much easier this is to use. No more buckets. No more hardware store adapters. No more sucking moldy gross water into your mouth. The entire thing is lightweight and the hose is a lot more flexible than my old one, which is nice. The one negative thing I will say is that the plastic on the connections seems like it could be easy to crack if you’re not careful with it.

Great, easy to use.

Great cleaner for my fish tank. I got tired of trying to get everything out and carrying a heavy tank to dump out the water, so I decided to get this aquarium cleaner. This was great. It siphon all the debris easily without any of my rocks getting suck through. It made it very easy to clean my tank compared to how I used to before. I found it easy to use, you just have to pump it like 3-4 times. Now I don't have to dread cleaning my tank anymore.

I love this thing

I love this thing. I wish I would've gotten a longer one but so far so good. After reading the reviews for the python, I was concerned that I would have problems with the attachment fitting my sink so I decided to try this instead and I'm so glad i did. The only downside is that I feel there are a lot of pieces that can screw on/off and I'm afraid something will get misplaced or lost but otherwise i'm thrilled with my purchase so far.
