and the laser is easy to get off center

*Updated 6/20/18: Seller contacted me about the unstable stand ball, and was able to send a replacement stand with adjustable legs for easier use. The stand doesn't hold an angle very well, and the laser is easy to get off center, making straight lines slope ever so slightly. Easy to account for user error, but wish it didn't need to be checked so often to avoid redoing work.

Very useful tool!!

Awesome little tool!! This item is sturdy but light. It has many really nice features. I am so happy that the tripod comes with this. It can be retrofitted to various positions. Although the images show the short beam this gives a full wall and wrap around beam. Very useful tool!

The ball joint on top of the tripod is very rough and almost impossible to adjust close to precise. The level itself works well. Update: the seller replaced the original device and shipped a new one to me, which seems to work better, I have not yet used it for detail work, but the first impression is very good.

Great laser level for the price

Really good price for this nice little laser level. I wanted a laser level just for minor repairs and handing items straight and received more of a product than expected. These are great to have around especially for the price.

Worked great for such a basic inexpensive tool.

I bought this to mark the installation location of a ceiling ring. I didn't want to purchase an expensive laser level because this might be the only time I'll use it. This was perfect for my needs, and I'm sure it will be handy for a lot of other simple leveling jobs such as hanging pictures or a mirror.

I love this tool

I love this tool! The laser can be seen clearly on the wall and with the tripod you can get any angle you need. I think its well worth spending the extra couple of dollars for the tripod. The gadget is durable and well made so dont let the low cost fool you. It is easy to use and perfect for getting that straight line on the wall to hang pictures, line up wall paper, chair rail, or anything else you might need to line up when remodeling.

Great laser level line tool.

This thing is awesome. Especially for the price. The laser line does get a little bit distorted at the extreme ends but remains straight. I'm not sure if that's normal or not but since I ordered one at work as well, I can compare them. It seems solidly built, and came with extra batteries and a small screwdriver.
