We dumped our sleek, finicky "all-digital LG washer" (without an inside agitator column) with over-sensitive sensors. The LG top of the line digital washer constantly leaked and digitally malfunctioned. And we spent hours and hours on the phone with a tech in the Philippines going through endless time-consuming digital routines they coached for hours. Decided to dump the LG after less than a year. It was a challenge to find a "more conventional" washer minus the nonsensical and over-sensitive digital technology. (Fact: LG the cellphone maker doesn't know much about clothes washers!!). We dumped the twelve-hundred dollar LG and took a chance on a barely-digital and much cheaper Kenmore 22352 4.2 cu. ft. Top-Load Washer w/ Deep Fill. The Kenmore turned out to be a TOP-FIND for me. Its efficient operation and RELIABILITY are superior to both of my two previous digital-hyped washers that failed miserably. The Kenmore 22352 is excellent in performance efficiency, timing, reliability. This Kenmore is a real workhorse that handles anything from delicate fabrics to large dog beds and large bed comforters/duvets. It has no problem with unbalanced loads, either. It manages these 100% by itself. With its proven reliability we don't have to worry about finicky digital sensors. Works perfectly every wash no matter what setting we use. Bravo, Kenmore, on producing this modern, efficient, common sense agitator washer design.

I bought this to replace an LG front loader because I could never get rid of the mold in the machine that left everything with a horrible odor. Otherwise, I had no problem with that machine - or so I thought! This Kenmore almost makes me enjoy laundry. It’s FAST! Less than an hour per large load. I did 3 loads in about 3 hours which would have been all day in the LG. It spins everything so dry it has cut my drying time in half. And my clean laundry smells clean! It’s not beautiful but it’s a washing machine not home decor, lol. The only thing I wish it has is a signal (bell or something) to let me know the load is complete.

large tub , works great for basic machine...Delivery, setup and removal of old machine went without a hitch...The delivery was within a few days of ordering, good job Amazon!!

I researched washing machines before making this purchase. The delivery and setup was flawless. The gentlemen were very courteous, quick and professional. They were in and out within 15 minutes

Nice basic machine with no frills. I would prefer one that was even simpler where I could just set my own water level instead of the "auto", which is just one more thing to go wrong. I like that it has a flat metal top as we often store heavy pots on it. I didn't want glass or a curved aerodynamic top. The machine it replaced was a high end LG that only lasted 5 years. The LG has "smart" diagnosis that linked to a cell phone. This feature didn't work as it it just gave us an error code that was no help. Previously we had an expensive front loading Maytag that similarly didn't last very long and had mold issues. This machine is similar to our older machines that lasted many years so we have hope. The price is low enough that I wouldn't feel the need to ever repair it. It has an old fashion real agitator center post and does as good job of cleaning. After all, the purpose of a washing machine is to get clothes clean not not to save water! (I could save even more water by wearing dirty clothes!). Amazon has a great price. I paid $588 at Sears and was told it was "on sale". The next week I kept getting pop-ups on my PC that the price was $499 at Sears. I called for a price adjustment and after spending a long time on the phone I was told I need to go to the store to get an adjustment. I went to the store and was told that the $499 sale was over and the price was now $620!. I even had a print out of the Sears ad at $499, but they wouldn't honor. Then I noticed the Amazon price was only $449, so I returned the washer to Sears and got the identical one delivered from Amazon for $449! Yes, it took considerable efforts, but I am now happy and saved $184. Sears also wanted an additional $25 to remove my old machine and $20 for hoses that I didn't want. Amazon removed my old machine for free and also was going to supply hoses. I didn't want the hoses because I wanted to use the upgraded stainless hoses that I had already purchased from Amazon. I originally told Sears I didn't want to buy the hoses, but they put them on the order anyway. It has been over a month now and we are still very happy with machine. My wife was very happy about being able to wash our largest comforter without getting a "balance error" like our old LG use to often do. This machine works hard and doesn't complain!

I love this washer! It can fit a California king comforter with room to spare.

I am happy with the washer it works great and holds plenty. I have a family of 6 so we wash lots and often. I was concerned about the product but we have had this for a few months and all is well. The only adjustment was that it does not have a digital readout for cycle time so you don’t have an eta on when the load will finish. However I had issues with the delivery I scheduled for one time and the delivery guys came hours earlier and no one was home. When I complained about this they attempted to to leave and require us to reschedule delivery. I called Amazon right away and they came back. My only true complaint was that Amazon said they would compensate me for the inconvenience sadly nothing has happened.

I was very worried about buying this after reading some of the reviews, but it is the same model I had before - just updated technology. It is still relatively easy to use if you follow the directions and realize all machines are now HE. This means they use less water, but still clean your clothes - just in a different way. Just follow the instruction and you will be fine. I've done 5 loads so far and they all came out fresh and clean. Used the one rinse with fabric softener option for all loads and let the machine determine the water level. You still put the fabric softener in the middle agitator. You put the detergent in and then loosely lay the clothes around and add the fabric softener and close the lid and then start the washer. I was worried that the liquid detergent would stain the clothes, but it doesn't. If you use the one rinse and let the machine determine the water level it does not take very long for the cycle to run. If you use two rinses and choose the deep fill it will take much longer. If you have problems the instruction manual may help answer your questions. I found it very useful since this is a new way to wash for me. There are even lights on the panel to clearly indicate where the washer is in the cycle. This machine makes some noises, but is much quieter than my old agitator model. I look forward to seeing if it saves any on my water bill.

I usually don't get too excited about appliances unless they're kitchen gadgets but I'm pretty stoked about the washer and dryer. Looks can definitely be deceiving. This washer looks slim and trim but open the lid and it's HUGE! Like Bigly! It's so deep that I sometimes have to stand on my tip toes to reach the clothes at the bottom. I can wash everything in my home in this machine - large loads, comforters, even body pillows. Because it's so large I spend less time on laundry since I don't have to split loads in two now. It actually cleans well. It's not very loud either. My other machine sounded like a jet on the spin cycle and is have to wash sine loads twice. The washer is super simple to operate. There's a display that tells you how much time remains, and each cycle is easily identified by a light. I especially like that I can preset it to rinse twice and even fill the tub higher if needed. I have been using the washer and dryer for several weeks and am very pleased. On a related note. The haul away option is great. You still get the same service you would receive if you had purchased in-store. The delivery team is professional and knowledgeable as well

GREAT MACHINE FOR THE PRICE..SIMPLE TO OPERATE..NO BELLS AND WHISTLES AND CAN WASH A FULL LOAD IN UNDER 1 HOUR...SOME WHIRLPOOL ONES CAN GO ON FOR 2 HOURS+. GREAT WASHING MACHINE...WILL USE AGAIN
