No complaints. I need to do a bit more to remove background noise, but what do you expect from a studio mic. The different modes work as expected and people are saying my voice is much better than before.

I initially bought the Fifine K670 for all the positive reviews, but after using it in Final Cut Pro X I found the volume to low to be useable. Even turning the Fifine mic and FCPX gain to max I would still have to do a bit more gain in the post voiceover audio. I went back to researching and came across the Samson, which also had great reviews. So I returned the Fifine and ordered this mic. The first time I hooked up the Samson and used it in FCPX I was blown away. Even with the mic gain only 25% there was plenty of volume in the FCPX voiceover with no additional gain needed in post. The Samson mic is three times more expensive, but for the features and the fact it works great, this microphone is totally worth it. And considering the professional quality of this Samson G-Track Pro, it's great heavy duty build and design, this thing is a great investment. For those wondering what the actual weight of the microphone alone is, it is 1lb 11oz or 1.7lbs. The reason bring it up is because I wanted to mount this on a Blue Compass Premium Tube-Style boom arm on my desk and the limit for a mic and pop filter is 2.4lbs so I was worried. I could not find any details on just the weight of the microphone alone. I took a chance and it worked out. I have the microphone mounted in the Blue Compass arm and it works perfect with zero weight issues. This is an awesome setup and something that is going to last for a long time.

The sound of this mic is absolutely awesome. It connects without any drivers, has multiple pick up patterns and the sensitivity is perfect because I can keep the gain low but still have stellar pickup. The fact that it has in instrument/line interface and you can listen to the audio that was just recorded through the zero latency headphone monitor jack (3.5mm) makes this the one usb mice to judge the rest by. If you want a USB mic this is it. The weight of this mic has to be in lbs. Built to last!

I've actually been able to clear space on my desk with this by removing the Focusrite audio interface. If you just need voice and a single instrument - this is an exceptional value. Even if you just need voice - I think the quality of the mic matches the price. Excellent option.

Absolutely best quality mic you can get for this price range and visally beautiful. Very solid and crisp and clear mic

I had some difficulty finding how to Split and use the 2 track switch on the Mike.. for Garage Band. I called SAMSON and taled to Mark he plugged in the GB software and called me BACK with the answers I needed to get it going. GREAT SERVICE... I will be looking at other SAMSON products because of MARK...

This thing sounds beautiful, if you are about 2-5 inches away from it, it really shines and sounds awesome. I use it for gaming and everyone compliments me on how good I sound.

The product is built like a tank and was extremely simple to set up. You literally just plug it up and it works. Just like that. You'll have a harder time trying to find out where you want to sit it on your desk than you will getting it up and running. Sound quality is good. Build quality is superb. And the headphone output is really convenient. This mic is worth every bit of its price. If you need good quality sound without a lot of clutter, you need this mic. Buy it.

Very easy to set up, it makes my voice sound very crisp.
