My water kept running with my previous flapper, which was made of plastic, and was not sufficiently sealing after each flush. After replacing with the Toto Toilet flapper everything was all good again. Make sure to adjust the chain to a suitable height that works for your toilet. And of course, make sure you're ordering the correct size. My toilet takes a 3-inch but some toilets take 2- inch. I YouTubed how to change it, and it was fairly easy. Take the time and save yourself the cost of calling a plumber...In short, this little flapper did the trick!

It worked!

For a Toto toilet. It worked....HOWEVER there were no instructions and I couldn't get the old one off(and I'm pretty handy!). So I had to have a handyman come to do it. As I see the old one, had I had instructions, I could have done it. I was trying to take it off left to right and right to left. All needed was to pull the attachers to the toilet UP.

Easy to install and works perfect. It arrived on time and good quality product. I could not find a Toto flapper at Lowe’s or our local hardware stores. I found the flapper on Amazon and the price was lower than other sites I visited. Great experience I would recommend this seller to others.

Solid Replacement Part

Fit my Toto unit perfectly. My sole criticism is the lack of documentation. Since the unit is sold as a replacement part for certain Toto models, a list of the recommended number of links to use for attachment to the handle of each model would be helpful.

Easy to install & Fits my TOTO toilet perfectly!

This helped me fix our bedroom, toilet that would continually fill up the tank when my wife would flush. I had a plumber friend look into it and they said I need to change the flapper as I suspected. He told me to order a model specific to my Toto toilet. I was planning to call him back to install it. But when I looked at it and the inside mechanism of the tank, I figured I could do it myself. With a little help with a YouTube video I was able to replace the old one with the new one. PROS - Easy to install in less than 10 minutes. - No tools required. - Cheaper than hiring a plumber. CONS - I wish it would have come with a link to a YouTube video on how to install and replace this flapper. But I guess the assumption is that a plumber would be doing this. - The rubber feels a little flimsy but I guess time will tell.

Something that works!

After a series of unsatisfactory attempts with other products, I found peace of mind with this flapper. It is very easy to install and it is soft enough to perfectly adapt to the water tank opening.

This is the only flapper I have purchased designed for the TOTO toilet. With other other flappers you dont get a complete flush. and if you need a handle make sure it is also a toto handle the plastic one size fit all didn't work right. Not enough time to let the water out and then in

Flapper Fits & Works Perfectly

When I remodeled my house 15 years ago I bought a Toto toilet. Here it is 15 years later and the first thing to go was the "flapper". The plastic in water for 15 years just wore out where the chain connects to the flapper itself. I order a new Toto flapper and it actually came the next day. The flapper easily fit on fine and we're hoping this one will last another 15 years.

This thing works great and is so easy to install, takes about 30 seconds, no tools. Seems like a simple thing but a constantly leaking toilet is irritating and wasteful. This is a soft rubber material that seals perfectly, I've used about 3 of them so far around my house and can't say anything other than it works great !
