It works and doesn't scratch the Surface!

Works easy enough, there are low-friction pads on the inside of the lock so it doesn't scratch the aluminum on the MS Surface Pro 2017 when it attaches. Easy to use, does what it says. Thumbs up!

Have used Kensington laptop cable/locks in the past and have found them to be good and reliable! The same goes in this case with the cable for the MS Surface Pro. Great product!

Solid Quality, Easy To Use Lock For Your Surface Tablet!

I provide IT support for an organization and we have a sizable number of Surface Pro tablets. It has been tough to find a good security cable for these devices. Most require something be adhered to the rear of the tablet which is aesthetically undesired in addition to not being a good way to secure a device in my opinion. I have used Kensington locks for years and was glad to discover that they made a cable to use with Surface tablets. I was a little skeptical about having something 'clamp' onto the kickstand, but after using the lock I have been very impressed how well this works. The cable locks on very securely and is easy to remove when unlocked. I have since purchased a number of these to use and anticipate getting even more.

Perfect fit

Good lock. Perfect fit. Maybe a combo lock would be better but it works just fine.
