Great for practice!

Awesome for practicing. I'm a PA student and this has been awesome. The nylon can tear the board a little more than the silk sutures, so start with silk when you're first learning!

Great variety pack

Great mix of suture material and gauge. As a medical student, it’s nice to be able to see the differences in the various types of suture. The seller also emailed me a helpful PDF on the descriptions and indications of the different types of sutures.

Just what is needed

Looks like good stuff. Haven't opened because it's sterile. But next time I have to stitch up an animal I'll be prepared.

Stitch in time

This item is NOT very Giftable because most people go to a doctor to get stitches. There are numerous types for internal and external stitches. Presterilized means no infection right out of the box. You have to know what the different types are and are for.
