Amazing customer service!

Was skeptical at first about the clarity of this product. The first one I recieved definitely had some flaws. It was very hazy and foggy and had scuffs upon arrival. After talking with customer service they were happy to send me a replacement and it was amazing. Extremely clear, nice vibrant red, the replacement blew the first one out of the water. Definitely would buy again, customer service is amazing. 10/10 for sure.

Good case, great customer service

Update...I changed my rating because of how hard the company's customer service team tried to find us an alternative to the case we returned. They really did put in a bunch of time and effort to make sure we were happy with a new case. The replacement case was much better than the original one for me. I believe that the original case was defective and the replacement case better represents the company and the quality of their cases overall. Looked different in person than it did online. Offered far less protection than similar phone cases at the same price point. The grip was neutral, it didn't improve your ability to hold the phone but it didn't make it slick and easier to drop either. All and all it is just a very underwhelming case. I think it was average to below average in just about every category. There are much better cases for the iPhone in this price range, so I would recommend looking elsewhere for a case. Full disclosure I did return the case and purchased another case which I found did a far better job of meeting my needed than this one did.

Prettier in person, highly recommend...

LOVE this phone case, and the feel of it too! It’s slick, feels super smooth to the touch, and fits perfectly. I’ve had it on for a few hours and I’ve already received a few compliments. I do wish the edges were a little more raised to pretect the screen, so be aware of that. It sits pretty flush with the screen, in my opinion, and that’s considering I don’t have a screen protector on. If you drop your phone often, this may not be the case for you. As far as fitment, feel and aesthetics, it’s perfect... would buy it again.

Perfect for the PLUS phones

These are the perfect cases for the iPhone plus models. I really like the plus model phones but any other cases make them just too fat to fit in any carrying case. This is the Most sleek and strong case I have seen and it works perfect if you have a 8 or a 7+.

Good Scratch Protection on Front

I received my Torras Soft Cover case for my iPhone 8+ right on time. I had to work to snap it on, but it holds the phone securely. It feels like the phone and the cover are one unit - just the way it should be. Some reviewers reported that it was loose around the edges, but I have not found that to be the case. Speaking of other reviewers, some have reported that it was difficult to access/push the power or volume buttons once this case was installed. I have not found that to be the case either. The cover openings line up perfectly with the buttons and are easy to access and push. Another comment debunked! I also had a concern about the "micro" holes in the back cover looking like polka-dots. They don't and are only noticeable if you are really looking for them, and then only over the Apple symbol. Plus, I would rather have some micro-dots than annoying air bubbles all over the back. Speaking of the back, I was able to install my PopSocket without any problem, and it holds well to the soft "rubber" of the case. No problems with it at all. I don't have a comment on the color of the case, or whether the "chrome" on the bumper will peel off as I ordered the clear case and love being able to see the gold of the phone edges through the transparent case. Now, other reviewers have reported that this case may yellow/darken over time. It seems to become acute at the 6 month mark from what I have read. But, for $12, what can you expect(?) I will just buy a new one if it really bothers me. Finally, I wanted to address another complaint mentioned by several reviewers - the protection of the front screen. On my brand new (as of 12/1/18) iPhone 8+ the cover I received from Torras extends a good 1.5mm above the edge of the front screen thereby giving it ample protection when I place the phone face down. I have no worries that the front screen is resting on the desk or table as I can clearly see that the phone is resting on the edges of the Torras case. All in all, while this is a minimalist case and I don't expect it to offer much protection in the event of a hard fall, I love my case and would honestly recommend it to others who can live with minimal protection.

This ultra slim case looks great on my iPhone 8 Plus (RED) and doesn’t hold finger prints as much as I was worried it might. I paired it with a full coverage privacy screen made by TECHO and it looks awesome. You can barely tell it’s even there!!

Perfect minimal case for my Red iPhone 8 Plus

I never like bulky cases on my phones. In fact, I would probably use my phone with no case at all if the phone itself wasn't so slippery. I had a regular all-clear case on my red iPhone 8 Plus, but I didn't like how the case material stuck to the back making it look wet. This case doesn't do that. The red trim is a good match for the color of the phone and the clear back only slightly mutes Apple's brilliant red glass back. Others have called this case slippery. I'd say it's definitely more slippery than a rubbery bumper case, but not as slippery as the phone itself. I find it to be just fine, but it will definitely slide around on some surfaces more than some other cases. As far as protection... well it's a minimal case. If you work on a construction site or regularly drop your phones onto hard surfaces, you'll want something sturdier. If you lay your phone glass-side down a lot, this case doesn't stick up above the glass, so be aware. For my needs, this case is great.

I love this case

I love this case. It really makes my IPhone 8+ shine. Several people have commented on the look or asked where I purchased. Very satisfied and unbeatable price. Paid double the price for my T-Mobile case that I wish I could return.
