My 5 year old built all of the three creatures on his own, but especially he liked the dragon and the fact it can "pour" fire! And after that it's time for firefighters or paw patrol to take care of it :) He had mighty dinosaurs 3 in 1 creative set before and enjoyed it a lot, built and rebuilt almost every day for a long time, and hopefully this set will have the same fate. Actually he enjoyed this set more than other sets, which allow to build simultaneously more but smaller things.

I bought a few of these for the toys for tots drive at Christmas time. So many Lego packages are not like the Legos of years ago. The toys in them all already put together! This was the best building kit that I saw at a decent price. I also gave one to my nephew who has several Lego toys that were not really building sets. He has not gotten back to me about whether he has played with it yet or not and I have not seen him since Christmas. I definitely intend to follow through with this, I know I love Legos when I was a kid and played with them for hours building many Different things, Just like tinker toys, you don’t really see those around anymore either. Very happy to have found it! I hope he likes it. I enjoyed giving him a present that he actually had to do something with and use his imagination.

The first one was green, this was red. I got these for my boyfriend because I get him dinosaurs from time to time and like dragons too, but it was getting maybe predictable, and this looked more interesting because he’d have to build it, and decide which creature to make. I didn’t know if building it would go over well, but the low price made it worth the risk, and the instructions were stellar. Both creation worked out well: I assume the process was enjoyable, I love the results. They have some bigger, more complicated ones I’m considering, but they are more money and more work. I know I’d like the results, but it might be too big of a project — we’ll see. I’d keep getting more like the last two but didn’t see any others.

My son really enjoyed it! He loved being able to take it apart and create a new toy with slightly altered instructions. I will be buying more of these 3 in 1 sets for sure!

Purchased this to create with my 4 yr old (almost 5) nephew and we had a lot of fun together. Though I do think he would have had trouble following the directions entirely on his own.

We are getting a lot of use from this kit! I wasn’t sure how my young 5-year-old would fair with this, but he can follow the picture directions with minimal supervision, and it helps him to gain confidence with building. This is a great deal because after building the dragon, my son wanted to build the tarantula, and then the ogre right after that! Each build has its own book of instructions, and I found a “secret” build online for a mythical snake-dragon-serpent...creature. This kit was so affordable and has such replay-ability that I would absolutely consider more 3-in-1 builds. One of my favorite things about this kit are the joints, so each creature has moveable parts and is pose-able! Just too cool!

I purchased this for my 8 year old son and he loved it. The kit can be built in 3 different ways which he thought was "extra cool." Took him a bit of time to assemble but he got the job done. At this price point it's an excellent buy and fun for hours. Any child, boy or girl, would love this as mine certainly did!

Age says 7 to 12, but my six year old grandson did all three images beautifully. It was difficult, and he had a few frustrating moments, but he stuck with it and did it all by himself. I only wish there were more low price legos out there that I could buy.

My son owns most of the 3 in 1 lego sets available and this one is his second favorite (the dinosaur set was his favorite, but not by much). He was 4 when he got it and you enjoyed not only building it, but also playing with it as an action figure. The claw pieces are a little hard to be put together with his little hands but otherwise, he was able to build most of it all by himself.

Went together easily. The articulation of the limbs is terrific.
