These lights have been a game changer for our dark pantry. It's bright enough that you can see all of the marks, scratches and blemishes from years past. These lights really work well. I cut the led strip into 3 pieces. Then installed 7 ft' on either side of the door with 2 ft' on top. You'll install them pointing inward, not toward each other. I'd recommend Strip Connectors if you plan to cut your light, they work great. The sticky back works great on drywall (sheetrock), just remember to wipe it first to remove dust. I'd also recommend a couple of power extension cords if the switch isn't in a good location for you. I purchased two 3 ft' from Amazon, the link is below. After reading the reviews, I determined to use a glue gun to ensure my lights would stay where I mounted them. They arrived today and I would estimate it took me 15 minutes max to read the instructions, warm the glue gun and mount the whole 12'2" under cabinet strip. Being quite elderly, I was a bit concerned about the contortions needed to go along that long run of cabinets and going under the over-the-range microwave but it went well and I am thoroughly pleased with the great results. It was not really spelled out where to cut the strip at the end of the application but it wasn't rocket science either. I use the control (dimmer) to shut the lights off or change the intensity of the light rather than unplugging them. I love the ability to make them dim or enable the infinite range up to really bright. I am somewhat ashamed to send these pictures of the lights since I have not installed my stainless steel backsplash yet and it could look a lot better. Likely you don't care about my backsplash anyway - hopefully what you care about is the lightstrip itself. If a really old woman can install these lights, you can too!

Came across this while looking for under toolhead light for a Dillon XL650 press. Half the cost and all I had to do was cut length I wanted, peel & stick where I wanted. Around the curves it didn't want to stick well but a couple little dabs of super glue gel fixed that right up. So same thing as the kits made specifically for the press for half the cost - I just had to spend an extra 5 min fitting it vs having it precut in a kit. Since I knew I'd only be using a short section I was worried about how bright it would be. Was hard to judge by review pictures of a whole strip under a cabinet or behind a headboard - would just the little piece I wanted be bright enough? YES! was very surprised in fact by how bright this thing is on full intensity. When you see it in person it is a lot brighter than you think it should be for what it is. If you came across this looking for a lighting kit for a reloading press you will be very happy with this solution that costs a lot less than others.

These LED strips are such a great bang for the buck. I wanted something with more of a daylight color and 6000K fits perfectly without giving out too much “blue” light. In the past, I tried lights in the 3500K to 4000K range and it was still a little too “warm” (yellow) for my taste. The only thing I didn’t like about these lights was the fact that came with a dial type of dimmer/on-off switch that was a little too large and cumbersome for my taste. It was difficult to mount under the cabinet discreetly without it sticking out like a sore thumb. Additionally, I do not need the dimming function of these lights, so the big dial switch had to go. With the dial dimmer that came with these lights, each time I turned them on, I had to spend at least 2+ seconds to rotate the switch from off all the way to full bright….and same thing when I want to switch the lights off. I wanted a much smaller and lower profile on off toggle switch so I spent a few bucks (under $5) to purchase a small low profile inline switch. That made a world of a difference as I can hide that switch much easier under the cabinets. And now turning the lights on/off is a single action operation that takes less than a second with the new low profile inline switch.

Very happy with this LED kit price is good for all that comes with it. I used this kit for accent lighting under my kitchen cabinets. The sticky backing on these is good and adhered well to the underside of the cabinets. The dimmer is a nice touch as I can vary the light output and use these as a night light in the kitchen or full output to light up the work space on the counters. Was easy to install but for a custom install some basic electronic knowledge and ability to solder is helpful. Pros: Good price Cons: None really Good adhesive marked well for custom install comes with every thing you need.

Recently had the kitchen remodeled, and after we put up our backsplash. This needs some under cabinet lighting, was my first thought. I saw this set in the white color and remembering our measurements for the back splash I knew it was just enough. The package box was so much smaller than I had anticipated. (which is good) They were quite easy to install, given how we chose to place them the corners were a bit tricky to get around. When I was looking at reviews for similar products some people had them start to fall. We've had them up a week now and this hasn't been the case. It has a 3M self adhesive backing which really stays. I added a few strips of white duct tape in spots around the corners under the cabinets. These are amazingly bright, in fact we're thinking of getting a second set for the tops of the cabinets as well. Last of all we used some tacks and a small hook to keep the plug and wires organized and from weighing down the lights or electrical connections. I'd absolutely recommend these, and have done so.

Wow. These LEDs are bright! I mean for $13.99 at the time of this review these are ALL I could ask for. I wanted to illuminate underneath my desk for the times that I need to upgrade the computer tower, switch out cables on something, read the Spectrum guy the serial # on the modem for the 8th time, etc. These LEDs don't disappoint in any way. In the photos you'll see underneath the desk with the LEDs off, then with them at their lowest setting right when you click them on and then at their brightest. I am pretty pleased with how the install went too. Please don't disregard this entire review because the carpet in the photos look like a crime scene. I'm trying to get the boss to put in wood floors. The adhesive sticks really well to the underside of the desk, which is a smooth surface. Just one big all around YAY!

I recently mounted a shelf in my office to display some of my Star Wars Legos. The office lighting isn't pleasing and left a lot to be desired. I found these and for the price I would give it a shot. Nothing to lose. I got them last night and put them on my shelf when I got into work this morning. The adhesive surprisingly attached to the unfinished wood of the shelf. The cuts were easy to make. I bought the kit that this company offers to connect the strips together, allowing me to make the corners on the shelf. I really wish there were more corner connections, but that is an issue with that kit and not this one. After plugging everything in I was impressed! These lights get much brighter than what I anticipated. The light is white and adds a nice contrast to the lighting in the office. I've already received multiple comments on how nice it looks. I have leftover so now I'm looking for another power supply and going to find another project for them. Overall I'm super happy with my purchase and won't hesitate to buy more for future projects.

These led lights are perfect for my vanity. It really upped my makeup game. I mapped them out but didn’t place them for the longest time because I couldn’t imagine they would stick, and end up Looking nice because my mirror has so many curves. I am so glad I did!! It worked perfectly and these lights are fantastic. Can dim or brighten as needed. I got the bright daylight version. Some edges stuck up in the beginning because of the odd shape but once I pressed them down again everything seems to be holding up just fine quite a few months later! I attached a pic to show how fancy my mirror looks now when it is lit up.
