Multipurpose cutter! Works great!

A real upgrade from a traditional wheel cutter

My girlfriend has been pressuring me for some time to get a rocker-style pizza cutter, and this is the one we ended up settling on. I really like that this one has plastic handles and a blade cover that seems to give it a bit higher quality and look than others in the same category. After using it I really must say, it does cut down on the time needed to cut! The only place it may lag behind is when the pizza is extremely large and multiple rocks have to be done, sometimes if you aren't careful the alignment will be off. But most traditional pizza sizes will be easy peasy!

I'm bummed!

I just received this pizza peel. And unfortunately I can't use it--I have a baking stone inset for my grill, and the wire handles that hold it in place only have a slightly larger than 12 inch wide space in which to insert a pizza peel flat on the stone. So, this pizza peel is too wide. The stone itself is 14 inches, but I wouldn't have been able to know this until I bought the insert for the grill and measured the space between the handles. Lesson learned, I guess. No worries, though. This particular pizza peel is particularly well made and designed. It has a neat feature where the "dimples" are meant to be dusted with flour, which is released as the pizza is slid across it, to prevent the dough from sticking. The sides also would help me from dumping the pizza off of the sides. (My coordination isn't what it used to be!) I am still going to keep this one for occasional indoor use, as we have a rectangular baking stone I can use in the oven. But, I really wanted to use this on the grill outdoors. I am going to have to order the Weber pizza peel since it does fit the stone. It's a little more pricey, but at least I know it will be of better quality than the off-brands, and will fit the stone.

Easiest pizza cutter ever.

I absolutely love this cutter. I had been using a traditional round wheel pizza cutter and this one is 10 times easier to use, just press in the middle rock side to side and perfect straight lines all the way across. Cushioned handles make it easy on the hand also. Highly recommend.

It is perfect for Blackstone pizza oven

This pizza peel truly works as advertised. It is perfect for Blackstone pizza oven. I had so much trouble with my old aluminium peel and the dough was sticking no matter what I did. But with this pizza peel, I can now dress my pizza with any topping I want and don't need to worry about not being able to load the dough into the oven.

The perfect pizza knife.

Thus thing is the pizza cutter I've been looking for all of my life! Haha. It is super sharp so you need to respect it but it cuts clean and is easy to wash. The only thing you have to remember is that it is SUPER SHARP! I remember being at a local pizza joint and seeing them chop up pies with these big rocking knives and wondered, "where can I get one of those"? Well, now with the magic of online shopping, amazon is the place!

Cool design, works fine for boxed pizza

I bought this because I don't like the rolling pizza cutter favored by my husband (not sharp enough), and because a knife tends to cut through the box instead of just the pizza! This Rocker Blade cutter works really well and is easy to use. I don't need as much pressure for cutting so the box doesn't get cut to bits, either. I was concerned that it would be too big for the large pizza box but it fits fine. Might have to take a medium-size pizza out of the box first. The blade cover is easy to get on and off and perfect for keeping it safely stored in a drawer. It is very, very sharp--I wouldn't let a kid hand-wash it--adults/older teens only--or put in the dishwasher.

Awesome! Everything it says it is!

This pizza cutter is easy to use and exactly what I was looking for at an affordable price. The only con vs. a traditional pizza cutter is that you can't use it on a plate or cookie sheet. I have to put foil or parchment paper down on my counter and then use the pizza rocker, due to the size. However, the pizza rocker is easier to use and no more ripping off pizza toppings while trying to cut and no more partially cut pieces! So, it is definitely worth the minor inconvenience!

Perfect for my baking needs

Perfect for my baking needs. Lightweight with a l-o-n-g handle and huge paddle. Because I'm in a wheelchair, getting hot items (bread and pizza) in and out of the oven was difficult. Lots of opportunities to drop what I was putting in or burn myself on the hot oven interior. Follow instructions and your yeast dough or pizza will slide neatly onto the baking stone. Can also be used to put casseroles or other items onto an oven rack. OUTSTANDING customer service.

Super cool works great

Both the Peel and the pizza cutter are both amazing I particularly like the attention to detail love this kitchen put into the knife protector, little pizza designs really are a cool touch It came in a cool box with minor assembly including all the tools necessary to attach the handle which is quite comfortable and has a nice string at the end so that you can hang it. The nonstick design is very cool and works quite well. Our use a little bit of corn meal to ensure that it doesn’t stick I recommend you buy this
