Great monocular telescope

My husband goes hiking every other day during summer and fall. This is a gift I bought for him so that he can use while he is on the mountain. I want him to enjoy the views and observe the nature. I found this well made monocular for him. I was very impressed when I received the item. It looks really nice and light weighted. The hand strap make it secure when use one hand to hold it. It is also nice to have lense covers on both sides. He did not try it on the mountain yet. He tested it aroubd our neighborhood. He was very impressed with the result. Overall, it is a gift that make both of us happy. Will definitely recommend it.

Well worth the price

This is a good quality monocular at a surprisingly low price. It comes with a case, hand strap, cleaning cloth and covers for both lenses and eyepiece. It can be threaded onto a tripod. The "instruction book" is minimal, but fortunately instructions are not needed. The only improvement I could suggest is for the eyepiece cover to be attached like the lens cover. I bought the monocular for watching birds at home, but will also take it traveling since it's easy to handle.

I am amazed! Great monocular at any price. Having just returned 2 monoculars costing MANY times more, I am impressed. Lens caps on both ends - and secured. Viewing strap. Easy focus. Great clarity. At this price, I was leery but the reviews gave me hope. One small missing feature - no close focusing, like 6. In short, what a great bargain. Just BUY it!

Great for outdoors wild life!

This is a very high-quality monocular. Eyesight is very clear and it’s ability to connect to my phone was awesome!

Great for spotting on the range.

I purchased this monocular primarily for spotting at an indoor range with a rifle. Anything from 50 yards and in, and this monocular works pretty good for identifying hits on target. It does an incredible job of enhancing visibility, particularly in low lighting conditions. It works even better if you use those peel and stick/splatter targets. It is very easy to use, and once you set your focus, you are good to go. It is a little bulky, but the glass seems to be durable. As an after thought, I decided to bring this along to my local Christmas parade, that started in the evening, and ran through 8pm. This monocular performed flawlessly, granted there was a good amount of streetlight, but everything was crystal clear, and I was easily able to focus and see every float in the parade from several hundred yards out.

Excellent clarity

I was very very surprise at how clear the lenses are. Compared to other budget scopes the clarify on these is excellent. The focus range is also very good. The only down side to these are the lenses caps. They don’t hang as well as I’d like but then again some of my other telescope lenses caps don’t hang at all. The picture posted is simply my iPhone 7 held up to the scope. The clarify is actually much clearer in person.

What’s that up the road....a head?!

Great value for the money! Bought one for a Christmas present for my manager at work.....liked it so much I bought one for me. A must for the glove box of your car......next time you’re stuck in traffic you can see why! Very well made, fine optics and very light. Nice protective case but it is too dang tight (have to squeeze the monocular in forcefully) so I don’t use it. Only fly in this ointment! Otherwise perfect.

Hard to believe this sells for just 30 bucks?! High quality and even has strap to which you can connect the two lens covers. (I was always losing my binocular covers which were not attached.) Not much else to say other than you will not regret this purchase! I use my monocular mainly to observe jet traffic at 30-40K feet out here in the boondocks. I look up at those jets and thank God I am not on one of them!!:) --Tuco

For work

My husband is a bridge tender and needs to be able to see boats in the distance. The binoculars in the bridge house are very old, bulky, and scratched up so he requested this. Not only is it easy to adjust and use, he can see everything he needs to and in between openings, he can watch the osprey nests, alligators, manatees, and dolphins that come by. I highly recommend it as they are a great value!
