Save Your Knees!!
I am a 63 year old woman with bad knees. For years I've been using those foam gardening pads to kneel on but they are just not cutting it anymore. Plus you have to constantly keep moving them. My husband suggested I try knee pads after hearing me complain for the 100th time about aching knees after scrubbing floors, working in the yard, cleaning the showers, tubs and toilets and especially after cleaning the dust off the baseboard moulding! I love these. My knees are no longer killing me after a day of deep cleaning. Come on girls try these you'll be glad you did. Just remember the old saying our grandmothers used to say "practical is not always pretty".

The straps do not pinch and they don’t slide off!
These are made of a very good sturdy material. The design does not interfere with work - most importantly, the straps do not pinch and they don’t slide off. They are well cushioned and are not bothersome if worn for extended periods. I am very happy with this purchase and wish I had found them earlier.

They don't cut into the back of your legs!
These are freaking amazing. All the kneepads I've used before tore into my legs (particularly the backs of my thighs) with repeated up/ down/ up/ down through the day. The first time my (now wife) saw the backs of my legs after doing a day of flooring work, she thought someone took a switch to me using my old knee pads. I have busted knees and doing flooring work is hell. Because these mount high on the thigh, they don't get bunched up and compressed near the fulcrum of the (back of) bent knee. Now I can go days doing flooring work without a mark on me.

great for contractors!
I've been in the flooring business for 20 years and used lots of knee pads. These are the best I’ve ever owned. The top strap is great for keeping them up on your knees.

The most expensive isn't always best, read the reviews carefully
Right out of the box, I could see quality and feel it, also lite weight. This is the third pair I've bought in the last two months. I first tried dewalts brand because I have had good luck in the past but NO! Not this time, they were heavy and the upper thigh strap that supposed to hold them in place was a joke. I literally had to wrap the top strap around my leg to the point of cutting off blood circulation. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! Then I tried a more expensive brand and no luck, so I went to the reviews and found these. I'm totally in love with them. They truly stay in place, and no bunching up behind my knees and I get up and down 100's of times a day. UPDATE: After putting these kneepads through the daily grind of up and down, crawling through crawl spaces and attics, and with a variety of other obstacles, I must say they are the BEST I've ever used. It took me 30 years in my field to find a pair that I truly enjoy wearing. They fit perfectly and are so lightweight that I often forget I have them on and end up wearing them home or to the store. To the maker of these, great job, and I will buy from you again.

I just bought a second pair
I've been using cheapo kneepads for years. After buying and using these for a week, and seeing that they ACTUALLY stay on my knees without falling down, I'm buying a second pair today. I never knew that you could wear kneepads for 4 hours and never have to pull them up even once. I thought everyone always had to reach down and tighten straps and get the kneepad back in place because the elastic wears out (these ones have no elastic, which is exciting for me). My daughter, age 18, thought they were too big and didn't bother to try them when we were doing some work on our hands and knees the other day. But then I found her wearing them the next day and she loves them--she just has to cinch them up really tight. I'll probably stop with two pair. For a small job I usually just wear a single kneepad, anyway. Love these. I've worn them daily for a week. Buying the second pair so that among me and my kids we can share 4 kneepads.

I am very pleased with these knee pads
I have had these for about 2 weeks. I am very pleased with these knee pads. These are the best knee pads I have ever used, for sure. They have great cushioning and are very comfortable. Nice and soft feeling. They allow me to stay on my knees for an extended period of time without getting uncomfortable. These knee pads were an absolute knee saver, without a doubt. Everything works as advertised.

Exactly what I needed
Having had full knee replacement on one side and close to needing it on the other I really needed something to help me with kneeling at work and THIS is exactly it. No pain or discomfort when I use these. Luckily I don't need to kneel all the time but if and when I do, these take the fear of pain out of the equation. I highly recommend these

Does exactly what other 5 star reviewers write.
I'm a male with bad knees, I'm 66 years old and overweight. I installed 380 square feet of vinyl plank flooring, base board molding and T moldings on 5 doors and that was after pulling out hundreds of staples from the carpet I removed. Took me two days but today I can walk, stoop and climb stairs with NO PAIN. Also they do not slide down your leg every time you get up from the floor. I totally recommend these knee pads.

Good, hard face, thigh strap knee pads
I only just got these, but so far so good! They have a hard plastic face and I think I'd be hard pressed to damage them or wear them out. The face is flat enough that they dont really want to roll, but there's no hard edge that keeps it from moving with you. They are well cushioned, pretty comfortable. Pretty wide. The straps are about as comfortable as straps get. This is my first pair of knee pads that strap on the thigh and its definitely an improvement. Velcro on straps seems to be high quality. I think I paid 16 bucks for these, and for that price, I'm very happy with them so far. Will update if anything happens to change that.
