The silicone tips are very soft, i wouldnt reccomend use on ceramics or terra cotta or FIRM polymer clay. I use very small amounts of rather soft clay, so they work like a dream for me. Dotting tools are different sizes and shapes, excellent scale range.

This is a great starter kit for new poly clayers like myself. The black tools are especially helpful bc they have different textured ends so you can make all kinds of neat effects on your clay. The wood bark textured one is my favorite! The blue tools are well constructed, and the ones with the larger metal balls are a nice heavy weight, which really helps easily smooth rough or uneven edges. The white rubber ends of the blue tools are INVALUABLE! There are 4 different rubber ends and I guarantee there is one for every job! The acrylic roller works very well, although I wish it was a little thicker for my big hands lol Once I figured out what the piece of plexiglass was for (shaping) it worked great as well! ;) Overall, I definitely recommend this set, it is a great buy for the price!

Shipping was a breeze, arrrived in an manilla envelope. Great tools for clay sculpting. Would recommend a firmer clay when using these tools. I'm very happy with the assortment of tools. I predict the tools will last indefinitely as long as proper care is taken, however, if I do happen to break or lose a tool, I will definitely reorder! Thank you!

As a beginner in polymer clay, I found this set to be so useful. Although, I was not impressed with the plate it came with. It looks like a pretty clear acrylic in the picture, but it seems to be a dull plastic and very thin. However, I still gave this product a 5 because for a beginner, the tools included are still worth the purchase. I mostly do my carving on the table covered in wax paper anyway, but I can use the little plate for the white clay to keep it from getting dirty. I hope this review helps new people like me to make a sound decision. You wont be disappointed (unless you wanted a big plate to make your designs on.)

I guess i liked everything about the product :) i only recently started looking into polymer clay, and obviously i would need a few tools... as a beginner i probably wouldnt use them all at first, but for the price they offered, it was a bargain/steal to buy them all at once. Because in the future i will most likely use them all :) The only thing i would add, the roller wasnt totally perfect in my opinion - it would’ve been better if the “round edges” were sanded a bit or something, cause it looks like it’s been just cut and no “finishing” applied to it. If that makes sense. The tools are in perfect condition; the round tips are smooth and look pretty high quality. I’m happy with my purchase.

Love these tools. Exactly what I needed. Decent quality. The plastic ones aren't very useful for me but the rest get heavily used.

I bought this set for polymer clay. This is a great starter set. It was only 12.99. It has a lot of different tools and the silicone ends for blending. I loved that it came with a roller. Just a roller in stores is around 8 bucks. It has a small plastic sguare to roll out small things. It's durable but not super clear. This is perfect for me. It also has a bag to hold everything. This was a great buy!

The black tools are made of a good plastic and have cool designs at the bottom. The metal tools are heavy but have a nice grip. The white tools are light and have sharp edges. The roller and square piece are are a hard plastic and smaller then i thought but still really happy. And the bag fits them all.

I am just starting out with polymer clay, and this is a great tool set especially for the price. Everything in the pic is what you get, and the tools seem durable. Highly recommend!! :)

When I purchased these tools I thought that I might use two or three peices in the set regularily. Turns out I use most of them almost on a daily basis. They are sturdy and offer a variety of sizes that I find useful. I really like the fact that they come with a zippered pouch that i put my cutters in to not only protect them but protect me from cuts. The double ended designs of the tools gives me more bang for the buck
