Very happy with the Sunyear

I was very dissatisfied when I ordered an Ezfull hammock. I ordered a double hammock with mosquito net and tree straps. I received a single hammock with bug net, no tree staps, just ropes and cheap carabiners. No name brand on the bag. I sent back the order and Amazon credited my account. I reordered the same EZfull and it never did ship out after two weeks. Cancelled again. Then I ordered the same hammock from Sunyear and I got exactly what I ordered. Very happy with the Sunyear. The Sunyear hammock is well made, the right length, and should work well for the camping I have planned for this summer.

Great choice all around

This is an amazing hammock. I had nothing but great experiences with it. Easy to setup, easy to take down, no complaints at all. The straps are a nice touch, and everything fits into the little bag hanging off the side. The netting is attached to the hammock. You'll need a rain fly seperately

Great quality, easy to use, excellent bug protection!

This hammock was awesome to use camping in the Adirondacks in July! The bug net didn’t have any holes, kept the bugs away while I slept, but was thin enough that I could still see everything around me. It was very easy to set up, came with everything I needed to assemble it. I slept with a small mattress pad, sleeping bag, and small pillow in the hammock and had plenty of room. I’m 5ft tall and weigh 130lbs. I liked that it had a pouch on the inside of the hammock for my phone and flashlight and the main bag is attached to the hammock so I won’t lose it. My only problem was trying to fold it back up again, I kind of wish the bag was a little bigger but I usually have a hard time folding things back up so that might just be my problem! I also wish it came with small extendable sticks to help separate the bug net. My boyfriend purchased one from walmart which had extendable sticks to separate the bug net fabric and I wish mine came with them. But I would still recommend this hammock and plan to use it every time we go camping!

Very pleased!

This is a large hammock and very comfortable for my 6’ 290 lb frame. Besides the width and length one of the main comfort points I am impressed with is its strength. After the first few moments of swinging then getting in and out several times I felt confident it would support my weight without issue allowing me to enjoy relaxing in it. The only con in my opinion is I felt the mosquito net support lines included are a little short. Easy enough to replace with some longer 550 cord. Overall this hammock is an excellent deal for the price!

Great hammock! (The photo doesn't do it justice)

I love it. We recently got two hammocks from Amazon. One for the color and this one. This is well made, has good components, and is very nice. I find this really comfortable, and I love the extra width this provides compared to competitors (You could easily have two adults in this). It comes with an inner pocket for stashing your phone as well, which I hadn't realized. Also: HANGING THE MESH IS EASY! At first I was hesitant about getting a hammock with a net that hangs with two strings, but it is very easy. Just tie it off on the side of the tree to the hammock straps with a couple of half hitches. It is very quick and painless. Pros: -When they say quality components, they are. -When the say wide, it is. -Comfortable -Easy to hang -Excellent mosquito netting -Inside pocket for phone, etc... -Everything (including straps) fit into the outside pocket Well done! Cons: -I wish they had this available in some other colors.

Great, but cords for suspending the bug netting didnt last a day

I would have given it a 4.5 really but I dont feel like it deserves a 4 so it gets a five. the size is good the build is strong the tree straps are awesome and the bag is handy (especially since its attached and leaves a pocket when its hanging as a bonus and you cant lose it) I LOVE that everything you need is included. My ONLY issue was that the suspension ropes for the bug net came unraveled after one use (a test use at my house before we went camping in which we set it up , sat in it for a bit and then put it up...and are now useless. everything else has great quality it seems like this was just a piece they cut corners on cost wise...I will probably buy some paracording to replace them. Me and my daughter both slept in it all night and it was lovely.

Nice set up.

This whole setup is really nice. The straps are webbing, rather than rope, so they are really strong and not harmful to trees. The carabiners are non-snag. It's easy to use. Comfortable. Has a nice inner pocket (for essential items like glasses, car keys, etc.) in addition to the attached pocket it stuffs into. Only drawback is that there is pretty much no way the whole set will pack back into the pocket. The mosquito net is held up by strings that don't have clips, but if you can tie a half hitch or safety knot (or your shoes), you are in business.

Super comfortable, would highly recommend

Massive hammock, I purchased three intending for each member of the party to bunk alone. However the hammock was so roomy the hubs and I ended up bunking together with the dog at our feet. Super comfortable, would highly recommend! Only issue was one of the hammocks arriving with torn (mis-cut?) loops for hanging the mosquito net. Stitching them myself was easier than exchanging, so no big complaint there. Also super easy to hang! Loved the easy, dummy proof, loops running the length of the strap.

Great buy

This is my first hammock and it was very easy to setup. I spent an entire week at scout camp using it and it was very confortable. It will be my main platform for sleeping on camping trips from now on. My only complaint is that the re is only one interior pouch for holding items making it mandatory which end your head is at, at least if you want easy access to what you put in the pouch.
