Great value of faucet for the price

Beautiful waterfall faucet in the “well pump” design. Comes with the drain plug. I got the oil rubbed bronze finish and can honestly say it’s the most beautiful faucet I’ve ever owned. I always had the brushed nickel/ stainless steel finish but these faucets are just gorgeous and the throwback style is really suited for the bronze finish. I love them so much I will be changing out the rest of my faucets. The quality of the faucet is excellent and for the price it may be the best value. I looked at other name brands and they were way too expensive. This is a smaller company but the trade off there is they have excellent customer service. I had an issue with a missing part in the original shipment. They were extremely apologetic and had the missing part to me the very next day. Our plumber installed everything and also took note of the quality. Great style, great price and great service. Very rare to find all three

Beautiful antique copper metal finish

This waterfall faucet is beautiful. Metal is heavy duty and looks like it will wear well. This version comes with the deck plate which we needed to cover the original 3 holes in bathroom sink. Faucet handle is the same heavy duty metal and moves seamlessly & well. Hot & cold are designated by a small red/blue disk on front of faucet making it visibly easy to see which way to rotate faucet. Faucet comes with hot and cold braided hoses which are of good quality. Flat deck plate and elevated handle help to minimize the dirt accumulate around the knobs of standard bathroom faucet. Very pleased with the quality of this faucet and looking forward to years of usage. Really attractive appearance. Color is elegant and design is very functional. Looks beautiful. (will update with photo if possible later). Would recommend this product for bathroom usage and for smaller kitchen sinks. Packaging on the faucet is excellent and product box protected faucet from damage although the shipping box was damaged.

They Do Not Look or Feel Cheap

These are beautiful and according to my husband (who does not get along with plumbing) very easy to install from a 3 hole sink. Bought 3 altogether and love the fact the water "falls" out of spicket instead of shooting out. We got the oil rubbed bronze and being our water tends to be hard from our well, I rubbed them down with baby oil and will do so at least once a week to control water spots/build up.

Good quality faucet, nice appearance, but plan on buying extension tubes for the supply lines.

Beautiful faucet. My only two complaints are that the supply tubes are hard to tighten because they are in such a tight space, and the supply tubes would not reach the shutoff valves, which were located directly under the faucet, so the required reach was not longer than usual. Had to purchase two extension supply tubes (one for hot and one for cold) at a local home improvement store to make it work. Everyone who has seen the faucet with my under mount sink thinks it looks great, and the waterfall coming out of the spout is a nice effect. Super easy installation and it seems to be very solidly built - mechanics are smooth. I would buy this again. If you are considering buying this for a vessel sink, it probably isn't tall enough unless the vessel is shallow.

XLNT Waterfall Faucet

For my bathroom project this was the perfect faucet. Matches my espresso vanity with black granite top. Went for a farmhouse look with a little pizzazz and hopefully it was achieved. My plumber installed it, as this female is done crawling under cabinets. The water pressure did need adjustment, even for my deep farmhouse vanity sink. EZ fix by closing the water valve for less pressure. It does get water spots when my hard water is left to dry. To help prevent, I wipe it with a small washcloth if water splashes, which takes only a few seconds. I also put olive oil on the spout which helps keep it from spotting and gives it a nice shine. Unfortunately, my closeup pic #1 looks grey and #2 & #3 are hard to see, but closer to the actual color. The faucet 'IS' a beautiful oil rubbed bronze with a decorative gold line.

No water build up and perfect fit for small areas!

This is my second waterfall spout that I have installed in my home. I love this one and will replace my first installed with this one and here is why! 1. We have hard water and get the white spots everywhere! My first one had a spout that came straight out and allows water to get trapped and sit on the spout. After 1 month of use we had hard water build up that required a lot of scrubbing and it tarnished the spout. This one has a curved spout that allows all the water to fall off and not sit to create those water spots and build up. 2. I installed this spout on a small pedestal sink. The bowl is small and has no counter space. This faucet has a shorter spout and fits perfectly in my pedestal sink with plenty of room for washing. The other waterfall spout was much longer and somewhat obtrusive. This is a perfect addition to our recently remodeled bathroom!

Extermely pleased with this faucet

In the process of updating our master bathroom and we wanted a more modern faucet. We have these mounted with a modified vessel sink that sits 2.25" over the countertop with the rest of the basin below. These faucets are a perfect height for these sinks. Installation was a snap. Everything went perfectly and the fittings and hoses are a major upgrade over the plastic installed by the original contractor years ago. There were no leaks and we are totally pleased with our purchase and would recommend them to anyone!

Good quality, not very loud and easy to install.

We bought 1 because we were concerned about the quality and ended up buying another for our other bathroom. We love it! Some say these faucets are loud, and I get why they say that, but we didn't think it was very loud. It seems to be very good quality and I don't doubt it will last a long time. It was also very easy to install.

Really stunning waterfall bathroom installation I absolutely love it ❣️

My family and I absolutely love this it doesn’t overspray whatsoever and our bathroom sink is not super big if I had to give my own personal opinion of the size of our sink and vanity I would even say it’s on the small side...but even with that & the hot and cold water pressure valves being turned all the way open, it still just rolls right out like a perfect waterfall and does not over spray! It’s gorgeous sturdy well-made and it was super easy to install!!! I think a lot of problems are that people are buying things that they don’t know how to install and are expecting play-by-play instructions. If you don’t know how to install plumbing fixtures then perhaps you shouldn’t buy them. The only thing I will say is that the pop-up drain was so enormous I thought it was a joke! I could not believe how gigantic this thing was...it was the size of a marble rolling pin!!!! So clearly I could not use that piece and I talked to the company and we came to an arrangement but I have to purchase that piece separately .

Great quality, worth every penny!

I am not one to leave reviews. This is actually my first time leaving a review on anything but it's because I truly did appreciate the great customer service I received. The hoses attached to the faucet that I originally received did not fit our water connections so I messaged the seller and they offered to mail me the other size of hoses that they offer, free of charge and right away. They fit perfectly which I am very stoked about because the product is really good quality you can just tell by the feel of the material. At first I was a bit skeptical about making the purchase because the price is half the price of Home Depot's pricing but the product definitely exceeded my expectations. I honestly couldn't be any happier with my purchase and would recommend this product to everyone! If you're on the fence about buying it, I suggest you buy it because you won't regret it.
