Amazing fillet knife.

I had never owned a fillet knife before and really wanted one. I liked that this one comes with a sheath and sharpener, easy to transport. I used it to fillet some trout and it worked like a charm. It was so much easier than I expected and the knife was nice and sharp. So excited to use it again! Shipping was lightning fast and I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Amazing Fillet Knife!

Great fillet knife! No really, best fillet knife I have ever owned. Incredibly sharp and very flexible blade for tackling even the most stubborn of fish. Rubberized handle isn't needed just at the dock but great to have in the kitchen to provide a superior grip which is most crucial when running the fish across the blade. Simple to clean due in part I imagine due to the non-stick coating and the sheath provided safety in storing. This knife has made me look forward to having fish for dinner instead of dreading having to prepare it.

Excellent fish fillet knife

I love this knife! This knife is excellent for filleting fish. I used it this weekend on the salmon I prepared for my family. It cuts very well and it has a comfortable grip. The knife also comes with a vented plastic cover that stays well in place if you need to use it outdoors. It also comes with a sharpener. Most knives don't have these extra features. Personally, I also love the color of this knife. The curved shape allows you to cut the fish with ease. I am very happy with my purchase.

I never thought a fillet knife can make a difference when you have to fillet some fish. But i found out that it actually does! It really helps to do the filleting easier. I've never had a fillet knife before and I am happy to have one now. I used the knife to fillet some salmon and I was so happy I could take off the skin so easily. The knife looks good, I am happy with my choice.

I haven’t yet used it to fillet fish but I couldn’t help myself, I tried it to cut some bread and cheese and I like it already! It holds well in my hand, the blade looks good, I like the shape of it. I am sure it will be perfect for fish filleting. Great choice, it's nice to have such a knife in your kitchen. I strongly recommend it.

Great value!

Great quality Great price. Not only great for filleting fish, I use one as a utility knife for every day applications in the kitchen like thinly slicing roasts, tomatoes and other veggies. Sharpener is slightly larger than other similar sharpeners which makes it a bit more stable when sharpening. Will definitely buy again.
