This item delivered much earlier than expected. All items seem to be there. This is a Christmas present for myself for a trip I am having in May. A little overwhelmed with all the items. This was by far the best deal I have seen in the 6 months I have been looking. I will definitely buy from Beach Camera again. So many items in this package. Just as described on-line. Amazing price for all that was in this package. Thanks again Beach Camera

Tired of taking meh pictures with my phone, so I got this Canon Rebel T6 DSLR bundle. I'm really happy with it. Got about 1/2 way through the manual while the battery was charging. Then I started using it. Took a few shots in full auto. They were better than all of my cell pics. Then I started going into some more advanced modes and instantly got way better pictures. Love the 18-55mm zoom. The telephoto/macro adapter really impressed me and the wide angle adapter was good too. I also bought a 50mm f/1.8 lens for basic low light shots. Haven't tried it yet, but I'm sure it will be a nice companion to this bundle. I had a manual Pentax SLR in the 70s and 80s, so I'm not a total noob, but I'm no pro either. Amazing how cameras have evolved. Has a nice, big LCD screen for navigating menus and viewing photos. You can use the eyepiece or the LCD to shoot and I liked both. This feels like a good camera for a beginner or intermediate user. The bundle comes with most everything you will need and it is easy to start using right out of the box, but has plenty of versatility if you know something about photography, or plan on moving up. The price was good and the shipping was fast.

For the price you can’t beat it. It came right on time with no damage. Some of the items included are kind of on the low end and you can tell when you use them. However the camera is just what I wanted, it’s not as good as the t7i or even the t6i but for what I am doing it works fine. I will be upgrading in a couple years and will hand this one off to my son who is just getting into this and is happy with his power shot right now. I have used this in low light and bright conditions and have great pictures come out just fiddle with the settings, adjust when needed and you will not have a problem getting a great photo. The auto setting is great for a point and shoot when that’s what you need like at a kids birthday party or family reunion. Love the WiFi for getting the pictures to a friends right away or onto Instagram. You can get nice landscape pictures as well, we go out with friend waterfall hunting and they have come out great for these hikes it is light and easy to pack. The battery last forever I find myself only taking one extra with me on some of our hikes. So if you want a all around good camera but not looking to be a professional but can make your own adjustments to nearly all aspects get this camera you will be happy you did get it.

Camera and Canon suplies that come with it are amazing! You won’t regret buying this package, either - but just know that some accessories that come with this are good, some subpar and some unusable. The batteries are Vivitar, a brand I trust, and so far work great, but with 3 total batteries you are going to want an extra charger, which would have been nice to include in package. The tripod DOES NOT work with this camera because the camera is very heavy, especially with the longer lens. You don’t want to break your expensive camera because of a cheap tripod! Also, consider getting a cross-body strap for your camera, because the neck strap that comes with it will hurt your neck after a while. It’s adequate if you’re not going to be walking long distances, tho. Definitely worth buying the package, even with the unusable items! The software alone will cost you $80 and it is a great program for beginning and pro photographers. This camera takes great video, but it is not the camera for you if that’s mainly what you want to do. This is for beginner pro photography, those who wantbto go beyond point and shoot.

This is a remarkable bundle and includes most of what someone wanting less than professional grade digital camera. I have had Canon A1 film 35 mm camera for years and have used a Sony small camera along with I Phone and comparing the first pictures from the Canon T6 very pleased. Debated T6i with touch screen but I have found that this meets my needs at significantly less cost. Bought this from Beach Camera and very pleased with their service. Only item to note is that the shorter main lens has a stabilization but the bigger telephone does not. Both are Canon lenses while the other two lens are not. Slave flash will work well when need bounce flash but otherwise the built in flash will work well. Nice to have the two SD cards with large capacity. I found I did not have to format them so assume they came formatted. Having extra batteries very helpful although only the main battery came with cover to protect the gold contacts so I am keeping those in a zip lock bag to protect them.

Like other reviewers, some of the bundled items are a bit junky such as the large tripod (but gets the job done), flash (doesn't work well with the Nikon focus flashing), and telephoto and macro/wide angle lens (this specifically leaves black rounded edges). However, the other included products are exactly what we needed to use with the camera, and the price is the best bundle on Amazon. The SD cards are perfect, the camera itself and lens have a great picture and will suit our family photo needs.

The item arrived on time. At first I thought it wasn't the item that arrived because it was a long box but since there was a long tripod that came with it, it had to be in a long box. I ordered the Extra Memory Kit 18-55mm IS II & 75-300mm II. I am very happy on what I got. At first I was not sure to order this expensive stuff from amazon and if I can trust the seller but I saw no negative comments so I decided to get it. I DON'T REGRET buying this item and worth paying with 2 lenses and other items that came with it. The small tripod is actually heavy duty and the same as the bigger tripod. I haven't really used the items yet but I have been using the camera for short time. The bigger lens itself would probably cost about $100 and other items that comes with it would probably cost another $200. The camera itself from canon is $449 (about that price) so overall I saved about $150-$250 with this item. The product is really good. Really good quality of pictures and videos. I am still a beginner taking pictures and I hope to learn more about it... But using options that are there actually takes good pictures for you. The only thing I hate about it is when the flash would pop out on portrait mode but I know the seller does not have to do anything about it. I still have to mess around with it and actually figure out on how to work it. Attached pictures are the item of all the product that I got(this was taken with my phone) and the other 3 pictures are taken from the Canon Camera. The model is my sister. Overall, I recommend it to other people buying this product if they are beginners and even if you're a pro, I think they would use this also.

Wonderful camera - I've used Canon cameras for years and this one up to the high standard that I've come to expect. Fast shipping too. Great price and plenty of extra things in the kit if you are a first time user of an SLR. And the merchant, Beach Camera, provides First Class customer service. When I had a question about a couple of the things on the camera they quickly explained everything. I will be doing business with them again !!

The last SLR camera I had, you'd pop in the film, assign the proper ISO, find the desired shutter speed & fstop combination, and focus and shoot. That was 25 years ago. Things have certainly changed. If you're a real amateur photographer as am I, and you want to learn everything this camera can do before stepping out, you'll never get there. Fortunately there are a multitude of settings that are easy to grasp which will give you great pics. I would heartily recommend getting the "T6 for Dummies" book. It'll get you going pretty quickly. I'm not sure you need everything that this kit contains, but to buy the camera body alone and then get the same stuff a la cart, it's a very good deal. I actually bought two of these kits. The first was for my daughter, and in the week I had it before giving it to her, I read up on the camera and got excited enough about it to get one for myself. Truth is I bought her a different kit because I didn't see this one. Had I seen it, I would have gotten this one instead..more stuff for not much more money, for example, two extra batteries w/charger, bigger sd cards, tripods, wired remote. The only downside is this one isn't eligible for prime, so you'll have to wait 7-10 business days (ships for free via fedex ground from the east coast) to get it. Btw I've talked to the seller's customer service a couple of times and they're very helpful and accommodating.

I was planning on waiting to give a review but for now I'll just give a basic break down, before my Canon and rebel 2000 I got a long time ago I got a fujifilm DSLR and it was complete crap I mean if you are just a point a shoot teen it's a great gift(the Fuji) but this canon is awesome as I'm still a novice I've done senior photos a wedding maternity and this is awesome for something as little as your kids soccer game to legit Photoshop style. Its shutter speed is emaculant and up to par with many other brands . For the price it's well worth it, now for a beginner getting all this product may be a bit much I'd say just start small and easy with projects you truly don't need all the accessories if you read the manual but they do help to a degree. I'll upload photos at a later time Hope that helps.
