Great intro to basket weaving. The descriptions do say they are small in size, listing specific dimensions in the pictures for each, so I knew what was getting before I bought online. Really great starter kit, to try your hand at this craft. I tried to find all the materials locally, separately, because I had an old book I wanted to work with to get started. To get all the items where I live would be double the price of this kit, or even more, so I decided to go small for the first time and give it a try. It was not easy at first and if you have arthritis, working with small items like these might be hard at first. I have craft gloves I wear when crocheting and knitting, which helped. I gave my baskets away with mini, fudge-dipped pretzels and little spritz cookies wrapped in cellophane inside them, and everyone loved their little gifts.

Great fun for all ages!

This was a really fun project. You get exposed to a variety of basket making techniques. The projects are easily completed in an hour or two. I wish the kits came with supplies for more than 1 basket. You need at least three tries to get comfortable. Overall very educational and enjoyable.

Quick and easy.

At first I almost didn't buy this kit after finding out the baskets were small, but in the end I think it's a great idea. It allowed my daughter to master the technique and complete a project in 1 to 2 days. Plus she loves the small size. It's cute.
