• Set of 8 stainless steel license plate screws made from type 316 marine grade stainless steel for superior rust proof protection. Type 316 stainless steel is superior to lesser grades of stainless steel such as type 304 (which will eventually corrode) for corrosion resistance, especially in salty conditions.
  • Standard size 1/4x3/4" screws with 3/8" hex slotted head will fit most license plate slots on domestic make vehicles that use nylon/plastic screw retainers. Metal threaded holes require a different style screw. Check your vehicle application for compatibility.
  • Stainless steel screws are perfect for fastening license plates, license plate frames, and license plate covers for a completely rustproof application.
  • Heavy duty design ensures these stainless steel fasteners are built to last and look excellent for years to come.
  • Passed our 720 hour salt water submersion anti corrosion test to be completely rustproof for the lifetime of your vehicle.

Often when I need a new set of license plate screws, my local shop is out of black ones. Ordered these, and they got here 2 days later. Problem solved!

I didn't have any problem with these breaking or anything like others complained about. These just work. They plain work. And they feel like good quality but who's to say. At least my license plates haven't fallen off yet.

Great product. In the past I used the chrome screw caps and they would usually fall off. I decided to go with the chrome screws for that reason. They look great and will purchase again.

What can one say about screws???? They did the job required of them, since I just put them on the vehicle, I can't say if they will stand up over time, but seem well built.

It's hard to find black license fastening screws in the auto part stores, especially ones that won't rust after the first car wash. These black zinc coated screws should last a long time and take away the annoying white dots on your black frames.

Use tape on the end of screwdriver to keep from scratching these. They are what I expected though.

Doesn't everyone somehow eventually loose 6 out of 8 license plate screws and your plates are each being held on by 1 screw? no? ok just me I guess, 8$ is expensive honestly but for ordering on the couch it was worth it.

Held the thing to the other thing.

These should really do the trick. With all the corrosive road salt used in the winter, I've had to replace the plate screws multiple times. I even lost my back license plate due to the corrosion of the standard metal screws. Never looking forward to winter, this is one less thing to worry about.

What can you say about black license plate screws except they are black license plate screws. They work fine and are as expected.
