Works for balancing hormones

I first tried Vitex + a couple of months at a point where nothing was working to balance my hormones. I've been estrogen dominant for a couple of years and have tried many products (creams & supplements) to help bring my estrogen down and progesterone up. This will be my third month of using this product without missing a day. I bought this product because I have a history of ovarian cyst in my family and since I had a little pain in my right side for four months straight, i didn't want to go straight for birth control as a first resort. Finally stabilizing my cycle!

I'm in my early 40's. In the last couple years, my cycle has become increasingly difficult. My period was starting every 21-23 days, lasting NINE days, and heavy like a crime scene! I had to set a timer to go to the bathroom every 90 minutes (even all night long!!) or I would be in a mess. My doctor did bloodwork, an ultrasound, and even a CT scan to make sure nothing was going on. Apparently it's just something that can start to happen at my age, as hormones start to get wonky. I've finally ovulated! 😊

This product is amazing. As soon as I received my shipment, I started taking one 650mg capsule in the morning, and one at night during the middle of my first cycle of the year to help stabilize my wonky cycles overall. I had mild headaches for a bit but I figured they were hormonal as this is a supplement that helps stabilize hormones, so I hung tight and continued to take it and the headaches stopped after about a week. Before Vitex, my Dr put me on a 10 day round of Provera (10mg). About 2 weeks later, my period came and my cycle went back to the normal 28 days and lasted 7 days (after not having a period for nearly 4 months), however, I still just wasn't ovulating. I did a countless amount of ovulation strips and still, nothing happened. So I decided to take the holistic route as a last resort before seeking counsel with a fertility specialist. This month (2nd cycle), I thought nothing would happen because my strips were still showing up negative around the time I was supposed to be ovulating (around the 11th of this month). Well, to my surprise, 3 days later than what was predicted per an App I use to track my cycles, I finally tested positive for ovulation on cycle day 22! I kept my strips from last month to compare my results for this month. They started out the same and all at once, it just came out positive out of nowhere! Hopefully I can update with even more good news about this product. It seems to be working so far. My hubby and I have baby hopes, so if we end up having a BFP (fingers crossed), I'll definitely continue to post on our success. I only have one fallopian tube and I have PCOS. It's just good to see that I CAN ovulate after all. Also, if this helps, I changed my diet to a low GI ( glycemic index) diet to help lower my sugar intake as soon as I started taking this product. I figured the diet change would help a lot and I definitely feel the difference.

Having PCOS makes it hard for me to conceive... after 2 years of trying and nothing working I read about this product. I have been on this product for about 6 months. I noticed results very quickly. I am using it to help regulate my hormones. Seems to work well for hot flashes. I have a sensitive stomach and can’t tolerate most vitamins. These do not bother my stomach at all.

Vitex chaste berry amazing product

This is a wonderful way to start the day. I take 2 capsules in the morning and that’s it. I would highly recommend this for all ladies who have started their menstral cycle. It will regulate you naturally. I would always start late, miss a month, never knowing what day I will start my period. Best Vitex I’ve Tried

Best Vitex ive tried. My progesterone is on the low side so instarted taking this after ovulation to stimulate the pituitary gland thus helping to make progesterone. I’ve taken other brands but have never noticed results. Update — I am now 8 weeks pregnant and im still taking it. I do believe it helped. I had a miscarriage with my last pregnancy so decided to try this. Took after ovulation for 3 months and then i got my positive. I will continue taking till after 3 months. My Dr says thats when baby starts making its own progesterone

What a drag it is getting older...

Now that I'm 41 suddenly my ovaries seem to be "misfiring" more and more often. So my cycle became irregular, and shortened down to 2 week some months.I was grouchy and and snappy and not sleeping.
