Great pans

I love these pans.

Love these but maybe rethink the set inclusions.

I LOVE THESE! Our last set was nonstick ceramic garbage! This is lightweight (important because I have no strength in my left arm) easy to clean. Only thing I'd change is the fact they don't have a 12" skillet in the set! I won't use a fryer basket but I need a 12" in a set.

Good for the first couple of uses

So the first couple of uses are great but then things do start sticking and no I don’t wash in the dishwasher

Beautiful and worth every penny!!!!

I was concerned when I first read the reviews and saw the picture with the burnt eggs. But now that I have been using these pots and pans I love them. They do heat up vey quickly but I can still touch the handles. My cooking time for chicken has been cut in half. I would recommend this to anyone.

Bought as a gift, and now getting my own

Got this set for my grandmother's birthday present, and she was beyond excited. She said she was about to go to the store next day to pick up a smaller set, so when she saw everything she was getting she couldn't believe it. This set is replacing her Paula Deen cookwear that she's had for the past 10 years so hoping this set will hold up even better for her and allow her to down size on her baking equiptment since the pans are oven safe. I was so excited for them that I was looking into replacing my own set, and since the price recently dropped a bit more I went ahead and purchased and was able to add a grill press and the pancake flipper since the price drop made things even out to do so. Hopefully will be getting a few more items to complete the set and to meet my needs fully for cooking. I cannot wait to test these out on my own and leave a more personal review on how they work! Will update after they come in and I get to use them for a few days 😊

Durable Non-stick

I treat these patterns as I would any non stick pan. I've cook. A lot. And have probably used these pans as much in a few weeks as many people do in a year. The bakeware is still flat. No warping. Tho I will say cakes still come out looking better in my old springform pans. The pans are still wipe clean. But I still wash them. Quick clean up. That thing with rolling the egg around to cook it...I cannot replicate it. But I don't cook eggs like that anyway. I have burned a couple things. The pans are none the worse for wear. I haven't abused my pans. As in leaving them to burn til they are red hot. I just cook normal and they really are still like new. And the price is very attractive in comparison to other brands I looked at. The only real complaint I have is that I would like them to be compatible with an induction plate. Im very happy with this set

Easy to clean

I got this set from my husband for Christmas about 2 months ago. I am absolutely in love with it! It is so easy to clean and it cooks food evenly. I’m still learning how to use the bakeware though. It seems to get everything a little more brown than I’d like it, on the bottom.

Buy them.

These clean like a dream, nothing sticks to them it’s amazing. They’re oven safe, dishwasher safe, beautiful and sturdy. Had them for three months with everyday heavy duty usage and still work great, no scratches or sticking

Love love love Gotham steel.

I cannot say enough about Gotham steel pans. I had been looking for nearly a year for a new set. After reading the reviews and talking to a total stranger in the store about these I had to try them. They are amazing. No need to spray these pans. The coating does what it needs to without sticking. I’ve used the muffin pan without liners or spraying the, Ive used the big baking pan without spray and nothing has stuck to them. They are easy to clean. The handles of the pots do get hot which I was trying to find something that didn’t do that but my overall love for these make up. I don’t use any metal utensils on them for fear I will scratch them.

Absolutely perfect! I do light cooking (baking and breakfast) so far my cookware/food have been amazing.
