Easy to use/hook up, came with easy-to-understand-instructions. I followed their ig account they reply super speedy. I have very limited space so it is exactly what I wanted.

Great Washer!!

This washer is a tremendous help where my place has no washer upstairs. It’s compact, quiet and fits perfectly in the bathroom. The connector to the sink made it so easy to connect. The clothes came out clean and fresh. I like it a lot.

Lovely Washer!!

CONS: Paid over $200 which could buy a full-sized washer; water stains in and out making me wonder if it really was New; a bit heavy; needed additional adapter from Home Depot to hook up to shower hose; leaks in the shower hose (may need washer); PROS: Works very well thus far; saw infomercial while looking for another washer and fell in love with Silk Lux immediately; can wash inside my small travel trailer; It's very quiet; has 2 small wheels that make moving it a lot easier. So far, I LOVE IT and highly recommend!

A little noisy, but sturdy, money-saving and convenient

This thing is great! I live on the second floor of an antique house converted into apartments. There's no laundry machines in the house, sadly. As anyone who uses the laundromat knows, they're expensive. With this machine, which I have been using from May until October so far, I've saved soooo much money. It's capable of handling the laundry of 2 adults, say around a load or 2 every 2 days. Occasionally if I get really behind on laundry I'll take sheets and towels to the laundromat but this really can handle it all. It hooks up to, and drains into, the kitchen sink with no issues. The spin cycle makes sure everything is just damp and not soaked, so it's all ready to hang dry. The machine is a little annoying to move around and drain, but it's not the worst ever. It's also noisier than the company claims, I think, but I just don't use it late at night so I don't risk annoying the neighbors with the vibrations. Overall very happy with it. Would highly recommend for how sturdy and convenient it is--- plus it's cute with its little songs and colors!

Small but works well

Great next steps is making a larger size and definitely will be worth getting besides the music it’s a great little machine working well for what I can tell used it twice so far so good. I’m not sure if it’s supposed to be making so much noises though but other then that it works great

Best Washer Ever

Where was this washing machine all my life? Absolutely love it (so far) I love everything about this washer. The best part is that it leaves the clothes so clean. I thought it would be okay but it’s more than okay. It’s gazillion times GREAT! I 100% recommend this washer.
