What's not to like?

Not gonna lie... I thought the previous reviews were fake (just because they all sounded oddly similar). In spite of that, I ordered the product anyway. I figured for the low price, it was worth the risk. Well, it turns out all those other reviewers were right on track! This is actually an amazing deal for the price. To me it seems weird to focus on the containers, but quite frankly they are really nice. They have a nice snug fitting hinged lid. As others before me have stated, there is no worry about items in the compartments get mixed up. I also really like the way they trays attach and stack on one another. It's snug enough to comfortably carry it as a combined unit without worrying that it's going to fall apart. Enough about the containers though... the hardware assortment itself is great. It's a wonderful selection of screws, nuts, bolts and washers. I get rather cranky when mid-project I find i need to run to the store to purchase one of the aforementioned items. I finally decided to seek out of bulk assortment and eliminate the need to constantly run out to purchase one or two here and there. The included sizes seem to cover pretty much anything I would need and the quality is spot on. I am super happy with my purchase and have no hesitation in recommending this to others.

When the package arrived, all I could hear was rattling and I thought the worst: the screws went all over, and I'd have to organize thousands of screws. NOPE! Arrived perfectly organized, and the cases are really nice. I'm totally psyched about having every screw imaginable and not having to go to the hardware store when I drop one.

First time you don’t have to stop a project and run to a hardware store, it pays for itself.

I have nuts! Bolts! Screws! Washers! BEEEEELIIOONNNS OF THEM! HAHAHAHA! Well, okay, it’s only 1300, but that’s still quite a lot, and having these around has already saved me several runs to a hardware store to find an oddball screw or bolt that was lost or just didn’t fit right. The cases are well-organized, and honestly this is one of those things that I wish I had bought ten years ago.

Missing 30% of my order (one of the 3 boxes)

Supposed to get 3 boxes totaling 1300 pieces of screws, nuts etc, I only got two at 950 pcs and the packaging was lets say...different. Anyhow, whatever....They sent me a new complete shipment once I raised a little cane which seems to be how Amazon is going these days but the cane I raised was with amazon AND the actual seller. I have heard absolutely nothing from either amazon or the seller. Nobody said a word, sent an email, text nothing. I just received a replacement so evidently, at some point, someone did not like my 1 star review stating that I will change my review when I receive the rest of my order. Yep, I resorted to the handy dandy "review ransom". I posted my 1 star review and received my replacement within 36 hours. It works but its still frustrating. I spent over $50K with amazon last year in a total of 187 orders and already have 82 orders in 2019 so I am set to surpass my last years totals. Why do I say this? Because I would sure like to be treated better considering the amount of $$ I send their way and the volume of crap I order. My orders (many of them!) also include many high ticket items ($500+ items) Anyhow, the new shipment was very different as it had a nice fitted box with little spacers for each of the 3 boxes of screws. Not sure what I got in the first shipment but it was not well presented at all. Just a big box with the two plastic screw boxes thrown in. Alright now....Moving on from bitch bitch bitch to...OK, so how is the actual product? Fantastic!! I love it. Is it pro-grade hardware? Perhaps not but hell, I wouldn't know anyway. If a few of the screws break, strip or aren't quite machined properly, so what, it was like 30 bucks. Is it great to have around the house for odd jobs knowing you just might have whatever screw, bolt, nut or washer you'll likely need? Hell yes it is! Will these items likely be sufficient in hardness and quality to accomplish 99% of what I will use them for? You betchur ass they will! And... for the price, it was an easy purchase and I would do it again but I'd sure hope that the same douche bag doesn't pack my order. I'd say that is about all you need to know about this item.

This hardware assortment is a great kit, it has a pretty good variety of screws, bolts etc. and has come in handy plenty of times since I've bought it, it also has an ingenious system to lock it all together and haven't had any problems with it so far. All the screws and bolts stay in their correct compartment, I've had similar systems to this in the past but the dividers seem to slip out and everything was a mess, not the case with this one.

Great Selection of hardware in 3 nice cases

I own rental property and I have shops at each property where I keep tools, etc. I purchased several of these cases so that I don't have to keep running over to Home Depot each time I need a specific screw, bolt or washer. This is a super value and the various hardware is already open and in the bins. The kit is very well designed, and the packing is excellent. I now have a kit at my house, 2 duplexes, a triplex and 2 vacation rentals. Paul

I was expecting to have to remove the fasteners from plastic pouches and place the contents inside of the organizer trays. It was a nice surprise when I opened the shipping box and found that had already been done. The fasteners themselves seem to be of good quality, and it will be nice not having to drive to the hardware store nearly as often.

Good quality assortment; excellent packaging

As another reviewer said, I have also been looking for this for years. The hardware appears to be excellent quality and the packaging is simply amazing. The boxes are pre-packed with a sheet of paper identifying the contents of each compartment. The boxes latch securely and as an added perk, they can be locked together. This is an ideal home and shop assortment and can be easily transported without worry of mixing things or worry about them falling apart. In order to transport other assortments I've had over the years, I've had to tape them up and make sure they stayed upright. Not so with these. Just lock the boxes together, grab the handle and go!
