Well made case.

The product was exactly as described and works well. The instructions were clear and worked correctly. There is nothing on the device to identify the model, but it is just a case for storage. The zipper closure works well and retains the small attachments. Ample room in the case for the device and additional items, if desired.

Follow setup procedure.

Fired right up. Using a Galaxy 8+. Didnt have to turn off WIFI or go into airplane mode. Just had to switch to correct WIFI signal in phone. Loaded SSID and P/W into app and came right up. All the resolutions are there and can rotate picture if need be. Haven't tested battery life yet. But being lithium I suspect it will be ok.

Great video quality

I took a chance on buying this scope and I’m very glad I did. Very easy to setup for a iPhone and simple to use. The video quality is excellent for the price of about $40. It comes with interchangeable tips but doesn’t come with a carrying case which I would suggest buying. The tips include a hook,magnet, and right angle mirror. My right angel mirror was unusable and may have been damaged in shipping. Overall I think this is a fantastic buy. I purchased this item to find water leaks in walls caused by faulty Pex tubing fittings and it has saved me time and money.

Easy to setup and use

After reading the reviews it was easy to get set up and running. No problems at all. I've used it a few times. Nice picture. Pretty clear. I bought the longer cable figuring it could come in handy looking up vent pipes and other long runs. But after using it, it will be tough controlling the cable that long. If necessary I would think you would need to attach it to a pole

Happy with the product.

I bought the product to support general work around the house. I chose this particular model because of the focal length (1-6 inches), it had a large battery, you could use a smart phone or tablet for a screen, and the price was competitive. Instructions for the product were sparse but adequate. It only took 15-20 minutes to do the initial set with my smart phone, and everything worked the first time. I then went through the set-up using my 10in tablet, and it worked as well on the first try. For the record the smart phone was a Samsung S7 and the tablet was a Samsung Tab2 10.2 (model GT-P5113). I have used the product several times now and have not had any problems. The picture quality is good. This is the first endoscope product that I have purchased so I can't give any side-by-side comparisons with other products, but I will say that this product lived up to the manufacture's claims. I would not hesitate to buy it again in the future

Perfect for WF020X-10M, reasonable quality.

You probably didn't buy your depstech for use in a commercial garage or plumbing operation, right? This case is not a heavy duty shop item, but it is perfect for what you need to keep your borescope/endoscope contained along with all the accessory cables, mirrors, hooks, etc. It even comes with 2 hook and loop tape strips (stuck together in the first pic) in case you did something nefarious with the ones that shipped with your unit. Pictured is the WF020X-10M. For reference, the third picture is the closed unit...clearly. Similar in size to the cardboard box. Construction, as I said, is not 'shop quality' but feels well put together. It seems to be some sort of stiff molded foam with a rubberized texture. Zipper is reasonable quality and the stitching looks neat throughout.

Great quality video

This is the best video endoscope for the money availabile. Focal length and resolution are great and so is the adjustable light and sensitivity. Came impressively packaged and the overall quality seems high. Even comes wirh a hook to heap items and a right angle miror attachment. Can’t believe it’s just $50. Also synced to iPhone with out a hassle. The available case is also very high quality. This is definitely NOT a cheap rip off.

Highly recommended

I was hesitant to spend the extra money on this case but after receiving it I am really glad I did. This case is REALLY designed well for the Desptech endoscope. Very well thought out. There's an elastic strap to secure the endoscope, zippered pouch for the charging cable, accessories and instructions, even a carrying handle. Very, very nice and well made for the price.

It’s filthy out there!

Great little gizmo for the price. My complaint is that the instructions are so tiny, I could have used the device to read them. Even my young colleagues had to use a magnifying glass. But it worked out. Still getting the hang of it, so maybe I’ll increase the picture quality rating when I do. Still pretty good, though. I looked in a drain, in a gap in my baseboards, my own skin, etc. There’s a tiny little dirty world out there waiting for me to inspect! I was horrified looking at pants I wore that were fresh and clean in the morning. After a day at the office and a few subway and bus rides, I was shocked at all the tiny pieces of who-knows-what collected in the fabric. Yikes. Afraid to look at my shoes, lol.

Nice, protective case to keep everything together
