I bought the 5-7 size and they were just loose enough for my 3 yr old to grow into. He wore them while helping me dig in the garden and was thrilled to have his own pair of gardening gloves. The quality is good with grippy material for the palms and fingers but breathable fabric for the back of the hand. Overall we are happy with the purchase!

We have a lot of flowers around our house, which means I'm frequently digging in the dirt. Our kids like to join in, and I wanted to find them some gloves that 1) Weren't overpriced Disney-themed; and 2) Had a water/dirt resistant material instead of fabric. These fit the bill. I purchased the smallest size, and they are still a little large on my four-year old, but nothing he can't deal with (they don't fall off). They fit my eight-year-old's hands too.

The foam rubber coating is comfortable and prevents the children's hands from getting pricked when helping Grandma with weeding. I ordered size 6-8 which fit nicely on the 7 & 9 year old grandchildren's hands. My grandchildren are somewhat small for their ages. They enjoyed the cute "busy bee" motif and choosing their own color of gloves. Having only used them once, I cannot say how long they will last but they seem well made.

These are great for the grandkids. They love them and they don't get dripping wet like cloth gloves do. Would recommend!

I purchased these for my 2.5-year-old unsure if they would fit as others we have tried were way too big or too small. They are a hair big but they really do work better than any others I've found and she will be able to wear them for years to come. They are a nice stretchy material so they fit snugly around the wrists and don't just fall off. I'm very happy with these. Plus, they're cute too!

My boys love to dig in the dirt while I garden and these gloves fit them great. They are a tiny bit big but this way they can wear them for a couple seasons. They are 4 & 5 and they are big for their age. The 2 year old also likes to wear the third pair even though they are quite big on him!

Great little gloves for little children. I bought these because we go shellfishing often and my kids like to dig with us. I always worried about them cutting a finger on a shell but finding gloves that fit little hands properly is a big challenge. These fit the bill. I ordered the XXS with my 6 year old daughter in mind and they fit her pretty well but the fingers are just a bit baggy. My 12 year old can also squeeze his hands into them for a tight fit (which loosens a bit when wet). I will be ordering the next size up for him. They are coated in rubber which makes them tough and you don't have to worry about sharp objects piercing their fingers while they dig anywhere. For reference: My daughter is 6 years old weighs about 45lbs and is about 45in tall, she is 'average' for her age. I would think theses would be a bit too baggy on a smaller child. My 12 year old is in the 85th percentile for his weight and height and he can squeeze into them. Overall great little gloves that I buying again in a larger size for my older child.

I rarely give 5 stars, but these gloves are great for the money. I get my kids outside and during the fall and with some tasks they really need some good gloves. These fit my 6 year old boy well and will get the job done for my 4 year old son too. They're above and beyond protection for most outdoor type chores, but not bulky. They love them.

Bought these so my kids can wear them while "helping out" with yard work. They are a little large on my 3-year-old but fit the 7-year-old perfectly and they have some stretch so I think they will fit him for a while.

Like Tom Sawyer I was successful in talking our wee ones into helping out in the yardwork. I used these gloves to convince them that they would help them do "real work." Next thing you know, they'd filled up a couple bags with weeds! And the gloves still look brand new, so I can report that they seem to hold up well.
