So Far So Good

I have to free space for an OBD2 scanner I use frequently so I decided to use this with a 12v USB adapter that’s always hot directly from the battery. As of right now, everything is working great and no complaints!

This is the one that works

I have tried a few and this is the only power adapter that made my T-Mobile SyncUP a true hotspot anywhere I want it.

24 hour Tmobile sync hotspot

So far it works as advertised!. The T-mobile sync up no longer shuts down five minutes later after turning the car off. Now I can take advantage of the dash cam cloud security features by receiving text alerts for car breakin, hit and run, and motion detecting. As I stated earlier everything is working as advertised however I do wish the company offer an extended warranty for the adapter for extra peace of mind

Works exactly how it should! Any USB 5v 500mA or greater port will work. The only thing that would make this better (for me) is if T-Mob's coverage was EVERYWHERE!

I read a few bad reviews about this product but I was desperate and purchased it anyway. Well, it did not work as advertised so I contacted tech support, here in America, and they were EXTREMELY helpful in getting the problem resolved. Turns out it was a user error and I was so grateful they proactively followed up with me, over the course of several days, until the problem was resolved.
