It's Become Our Midnight Snack Ritual

This has become our midnight snack almost every night. Hubby eats the regular Frosted Flakes. I do like them too but I kind of got hooked on the new Chocolate Frosted Flakes. Easy on the stomach so close to bedtime, satisfies the urge for "something", and always satisfies the sweet tooth without consuming a lot of sugar.

As Tony The Tiger says, They're Great! I've been eating these since childhood, I know I shouldn't but they fulfill a certain sweet snack craving and they hold they're crunch in milk all the way to the bottom of the bowl. When I do buy them, I buy small boxes at the grocery store when on sale so I don''t over indulge, but this Giant 33 ounce box was less than $5 so I couldn't resist. The Good: They are Delicious.....sweet, crunchy and contains 10 vitamins, minerals and fat free. The Bad: Loaded with sugar and carbs.
