I ordered two sets. They arrived undamaged, no blemishes on the cups and saucers, and they were packed well. If you are looking for dainty, paper-thin, cutesy cups and saucers, these are not them. These are restaurant quality, attractive, and will hold up through hand and dishwasher cleanings without breaking or chipping. Exactly what I personally wanted. The cups do seem to hold the heat of the beverage longer than my "fancy" teacups; obviously, due to the thicker porcelain. The only problem I have with them which may not be the case for everyone, is that the space where your finger goes in the handle is a bit small for mine. Therefore, it can be a little challenging to release the cup smoothly when placing it back onto the saucer. It is not a major issue though for me and I can live with that as I really love everything else about the product. In addition, I purchased the 27-ounce, pumpkin-shaped, white teapot and it along with my cups and saucers makes afternoon tea rather enjoyable.

High quality for a great price

After receiving my cups and saucers and seeing the quality and care that was taken to pack the cups, I knew I would buy anything from this manufacturer. They didn't just put paper between the each saucer they used foam padding. Then they used cardboard to separate everything else. Then when I held the cups, that sealed the deal. Everything about them was perfect. The size, the weight, and the color. The white is very white like something you'd see in the finest restaurants. The saucers are fantastic also. They have a nice lip on them so you can hold them with confidence. The lip is about the height of your thumb so as you hold them, your thumb is secure on the edges and you don't feel like it's going to slip out of your hand. I would definitely buy them again and would give them as a gift to anyone. I'm more than satisfied with my purchase. Love them

Super cute set of espresso cups & saucers - just what I was looking for.

These are so nice! Super cute, and great quality. I purchased the cool shade assortment, which is a set of 6 cups & saucers from dark blue, to turquoise, to white, and they look really good in my kitchen. I would highly recommend these. Perfect complement to my new espresso machine.

Great quality--really beautiful

I agree with the other reviewers, these are gorgeous cups and saucers. They are heavy and high-quality, packed nicely with no breakage. I bought them specifically to hold the larger Nespresso cup serving, but still fit in my small machine. If I had one wish, it would be that I could pick my colors, but a mix of colors is nice, too, for when you have people over and this way everyone knows which cup is theirs. These are a great buy, very good value.

Traditional espresso cups in intense colors

Traditional rounded coupes with saucers for espresso. The colors are a mix of blues from white to navy to pale sky blue and teal. You can of course mix up the saucers with the cups and give your table a more casual look. The cup is made of heavy stoneware with a smooth glaze and this hold the heat well especially if you warm the cups up before pulling your coffee. I photographed a cup with a ristretto serving (half size volume of espresso) to give an idea of what a shot looks like in the cup. These are smaller than European dessert demitasse, holding about 2.5 oz or 40mls. If blues don't float your boat, same cups come in bright color mix set with yellow and red (primaries) or plain white. There is also a similar set with a flat bottom and rack for stacked storage on the counter.

Just right!

These are excellent little cups, just the right size -- fine for a ristretto or a lungo, and even just about big enough for a doppio. Heavy enough to hold the coffee's heat but light enough for comfort in the hand.

Perfect for a Double Latte

After purchasing an espresso machine, we were on the hunt for quality latte cups that were wide enough to catch a double shot in one go, but still light enough to be handled easily. These fit the bill perfectly. They are light, but still substantial, and are the ideal size for a double espresso shot latte. We fill them almost to the brim with steamed milk and the result is a perfect cup of coffee. They also clean up beautifully in the dishwasher and, so far, not a single chip or indication of staining. Highly recommended!

Perfect!

I ordered the white set and it arrived in perfect condition, nothing broken or chipped. I love how sturdy the cups feel, they have a good weight to them and look so pretty. I also like that the handles are thicker than what I've seen other teacups have. I used a measuring cup to see how much liquid fits in the cup and if you fill it to the brim it's about 8oz So far I've been using them for coffee and hot chocolate and the cups keep my drinks nice and hot. Everything's been super easy to clean, I've been hand washing them. Super happy with my purchase!

Add some color to your kitchen with these European style Cappuccino Cups

These are very high quality, bright colors, heavy porcelain. I've been using them daily, for about 3 months now. So far no chips or cracks, even after a few accidental "bumps" against other dishes. I do hand wash these, even though they are dishwasher safe, I'd rather not take any chances on the color fading over time. The colors are beautiful and bright and the 6 oz size is perfect for Cappuccino. I highly recommend these Sweese 4307 Porcelain Cappuccino Cups.

These little cups and saucers were perfect for what I got them for. They are very colorful. I got them so that we could have tea parties (with my young daughter's). The cups are the perfect size and the little saucers hold one whole sanwiche cut in fours (finger sanwiches). They made some little girls dreams come true.
