Silly name, but a GREAT bidet sprayer. Best of all, NO LEAKS!

Over the years I have installed three brands of well-reviewed bidet sprayers in various houses we have owned and no matter what I did every one of them leaked. So I gave up for awhile on having a bidet sprayer. I did successfully install a bidet attachment that sprays from beneath the toilet seat, but this was not only less satisfying (especially for a woman,) but turned out to be very difficult to clean. And I never did feel that a spray coming from behind was the most sanitary way of washing a woman's private parts, anyway. So I left a bidet sprayer on my private wish list for a few more years, hoping to get the courage to someday try again. A recent review of my list coupled with a thoroughly reading of reviews finally led me to the PurrfectZone sprayer. A silly name for a sprayer, but it had really good reviews that sounded legitimate. Long story short, I ordered one and installed it in less than 10 minutes. And, guess what? NO LEAKS!!! FINALLY! Having used this refreshing sprayer for over a week now, I plan to attach the holder bracket to the wall of my WC for easier access than the toilet tank option has been. The toilet tank holder has been fine and would be a great option for renters and others who do not want a wall installation, though, so its inclusion in the PurrfectZone kit is appreciated. I appreciate even more the very high quality of every component of this sprayer set. A great deal of thought and consideration has obviously been put into its creation and that really sets this company apart from the others.Thanks for having such high standards, PurrfectZone, even though you did choose a silly name. 🙂 Update: Because we liked the first PurrfectZone sprayer we bought, we bought second one for our guest bathroom. Before I could get around to installing that one, however, PurrfectZone sent me, totally unsolicited, another hose for the new one along with a note explaining they had received reports of some customers having problems with the hose of the unit I'd just received and so they were replacing it with a better one that could handle higher water pressure. Because I hadn't yet done the install I certainly hadn't complained about anything; PurrfectZone just did this replacement on their own to make sure I had the best product and experience they could provide. I've never before had a company do this with anything I've purchased. I'm truly impressed with PurrfectZone and now would give them even more stars if I could!

Perfect. My husband wasn't around to help

Perfect. My husband wasn't around to help, but this was easy enough for me to follow directions and install. Directions were clear, it took me maybe 15 minutes... And that's because I was also keeping a 14 month old away from the toilet. The sprayer is nice, because water pressure is adjustable, soft or high. I use this to spray off my son's cloth diapers. I told my older kids they could use it as a bidet...lol. they screamed when they tried. Never thought about how cold the water is coming out of the tank. Soooooo... If you don't like cold water sprayed on your bum.... maybe just stick to using it for diapers. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase.

Easy to install and works so much better than the Home Depot Version!

My family and I used to always use a plastic watering can as our "shattfeh" in order words a handheld bidet, because its soooo much more cleaner and we hate the ones that come the "bottom" area. So eventually I bought (3) handheld bidet sprayers from Home Depot (each at $60) and they were HORRIBLE! The button will get stuck and sometimes water will still drip which caused a leak from my upstairs bathroom to my kitchen table! So I needed a better one, and when I saw this handheld sprayer on Amazon and of course read the reviews, i had to try it. And OMG, its PERFECT! its sooooooooooooo easy to install and its nozzle is sooo much more reliable, smoother and doesnt not drip!!!!! I love this and I even told my other family members about it, including my friends that never used a bidet in their life. They like it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AND TRUST ME, YOUR BOTTOM WILL FEEL CLEANER!

Best sprayer I have ever used!

This is such a well made diaper sprayer! I used a different one for over two years and the quality and performance just does not compare! Plus it’s only $10 more than what I paid for my old one. Some of my favorite things about this sprayer are: -VERY easy to install. I was able to do it all myself with very little guidance from my husband -the sprayer itself is very compact and feels light in your hand -very easy to control water pressure and get just the right amount -I LOVE that the second you let go of it it automatically stops spraying. I can’t tell you how many times our old one slipped out of my hand and was spraying water everywhere! I highly recommend this to any of my cloth diapering friends and we’re definitely buying a second one to use upstairs!

Great price, no leaks, great water pressure for cloth diaper cleaning!

I use this as a diaper sparayer for our cloth diapers. I bought it to replace a Bum Genius one that I'd been using for 10 years that finally broke on me. I chose this one based on the reviews, the price and the fact that the sprayer pressure was adjustable by simply pushing down on the trigger more or less (which was how the Bum Genius one worked). This sprayer had great reviews and almost non existent bad reviews. The price was half the price of the one I replaced but worked the same and was better quality (all stainless instead of the clear plastic hose and plastic sprayer my last one had). I have been using this sprayer for about a month now and it has not given me any problems. My husband installed and we did not need to use the tape or any tools. We have not had a leak and although we turn it off each time we use it, I've left it on accidentally on several occasions and still haven't had any leaks. The quality is good as it's completley metal and looks nice. The spraying pressure at it hardest is great and it can also spray very lightly if needed. I think the range of pressure can meet all needs and the price was less than most other sprayers on the market. With absolutley no complaints I give it 5 stars.

Fantastic product

We bought this product for many reasons, some of them are because back home in South America, is common restrooms to have these sprayers, secondly and most importantly because we wanted to reduce paper waste. Since first impression PurrFect was awesome! After 2 weeks using we have only thumbs up for it! -Extremely easy to instal, super intuitive, you even don't need the instructions that of course are included -Very good quality, completely made of metal -Easy to use, easy handling, and anatomic -Provides good pressure of water -No leaking. Even though, you may see in one picture I added a sealing, but just in case. Is absolutely not necessary -The best part, indeed accomplished its purpose to reduce paper waste. -The brand owners are very nice people, provide good customer service and sent a lovely letter acknowledging and appreciating the business. If all companies were like this, what a better world would be!

Better then the rest but still not perfect

This is my second sprayer set after my first one from a different vendor sprung a leak. The material seems of high quality (at least better than the first one I got). The internal reinforced tubing makes me feel a tad better about my purchase since that's where my previous unit spring the leak from. Overall this unit is pretty much the same as other units on the market but as mentioned before it does feel like the metal spring like outer hose and the reinforced inner tube is of better quality then some others I've seen. The only thing I really dislike about this sprayer and it's something I've seen with all sprayers I've looked at as well: You are always advised to turn off the water supply to the sprayer when you are done (they are not responsible for leaks, bla bla bla). It's a major PITA to get behind the toilet and turn it on before you use it and off after you are done. Sprayer heads on kitchen sinks don't have to deal with that - why do we have to deal with that on a Bidet sprayer? The sprayer does what it's supposed to and I'm happy about the quality (so far) which is why I'm giving it a 5 star. However please make a future unit durable enough that we don't have to turn it on and off after every single use.

The PurrfectZone handheld bidet sprayer is a simple, well-made solution for almost-unmentionable toilet / WC / commode problems. (We all know what those include, right?) I first came across these on my travels in Asia, where you can find them installed on most commodes, even in luxury hotels with actual bidets. It’s amazing what a quick, strong but gentle spray of water can do to improve personal and toilet hygiene. This is sturdy and well-made. The installation instructions are clear. Installation involves very basic tools (a couple of wrenches, not included) and usually requires a new toilet supply line. You unscrew two couplings, remove your old supply line, attach the PurrfectZone diverter valve to the bottom of your toilet tank, and attach a new, flexible toilet supply line (not included) from wall valve to the diverter. Often, the new line will be shorter than the old one, but in tight situations you may need to a longer line that can be looped. Don’t worry, the whole installation is done on the fresh water side of the toilet, so there’s little ick-factor.

Loved it so much I bought two

I bought the Purrfectzone Luxury Handheld Bidet sprayer on recommendation of my mom. We were remodeling a bathroom and thought it was a great time to try it. The product arrived on time and was even followed by a handwritten note from the manufacturer. We had it installed by the plumber just in case. Within 10 mins it was ready for use. The sprayer has quite a bit of force but you can gently depress the handle to slow it down. And since it’s pulling from the toilet tank the water is cold so takes some getting used to. But it’s also a fraction of the price compared to the electric units that heat water. There is a turnoff valve at the rear for peace of mind but you don’t have to turn it off if you don’t want. After installing and using the first unit I was so pleased that I ordered a second one for my other bathroom! The first one was installed by a plumber but I installed the second one myself. It was super easy and straightforward. This is an excellent solution for anyone looking for that squeaky clean experience without breaking the bank. Get one for every bathroom!

This spray works well and customer service is excellent.

I don't know what I like the most about this spray bidet!! The product arrived on time and excellent condition. The instructions were complete and all the parts were included. I experimented a little to find the proper water pressure to use. After two days of using this sprayer I'm very satisfied with it. One small alert though. 24 hours after installation a small bead of water appeared on the top side of the valve. This happened when I opened the valve to turn the water on. I turned it off and dried the area that was wet. I contacted the company and I received a response right away. I tried the valve again, and again, and again and I could not find any water around the valve again. I guess it was a fluke the time that I did find the water. I have used the sprayer several times and I will be installing another one at the vacation home. Now I'm spoiled and must have one in both homes.
