Older model is much better - problem resolved

Update 12/28/18: After posting my original review I was contacted by the seller and was sent a new replacement headset. This was a new model that completely resolved all my issues with the prior one. I must say I'm very impressed, excellent customer service!!! If you have an issue with any of their product let them know they will do their best to resolve it. Purchased this product earlier this year after having several of the older models. This headset has two rather annoying issues not present on the older model, first, the band for the over the head feature is not as adjustable as the older model and is not as comfortable. Second and more important the mic on this model doe snot seem to work as well , I am always being told by the person I am talking to that they can hear me so I have to raise my voice above a normal level. I was told that a reset of the device should fix this problem but it did not. The problem with the older model is the "multifunction" button/switch wears out after about 6-7 months and the headset becomes unusable.

great headset!

I have a coaching gig based at home so I'm on the phone for hours on end and have tried 4 different headsets before this one. I tried earbuds (sounded like I was under water, I hated it even when using only one ear), in-ear bluetooth small headset (hurt my ear after a few minutes and pinched the back f my ear, also annoying with glasses), double over-ear headset and this one takes the cake! The longevity of battery life is awesome - It charges fully very quick and then I can leave it off the charger for a long time. It was extremely simple to connect to my phone - I did it while on the phone. Sound quality is wonderful to hear and be heard. I can walk about 30 ft away from my phone before it gets scratchy. Comfortable over the ear and you can flip the speaker so you can switch ears. I can also comfortably wear this with glasses - which is another thing that was frustrating about some other headsets. For the price, this one is a winner!

Impressed so far

I use bluetooth ear buds a lot for my work. I have been looking for a less expensive one for when I have to talk to client from my home office. I use a Plantronics WO2 at work and they run about $100 used. Didn't want to spend that so I got this. So far I have been really impressed. I tested with a couple of calls and both people said they thought I was on my phone and not a blue tooth. The sound is loud and clear, I have to turn down the volume. I am not used to over the head headsets, so I am getting used tot he comfort, but it is not uncomfortable. Not sure on batter life just yet, but so far everything works and its great for the price at only $22. Also, there does not seem to be that LAG in conversation with other BT where I end up talking over the other person because of the delay..that is REALLY nice if your going to be using this to talk to clients.

Wow!

Can’t beat these!! I had returned a well-known brand that I paid around $60 for because I just didn’t like them so decided to just order a temporary “cheap” pair for short term because I needed them for a new job. Well these are anything but cheap and perform perfectly. I’ve been told I’m much clearer than others on my group business calls and there will no additional purpose, these are now my first choice. If you’re on the fence, try them. You won’t be disappointed.

Clear to hear over road noise

Got this unit 24 hrs. ago. Early review is very favorable. Unit arrived charged and ready to pair. I do a lot of long distance driving and have struggled to find a device that I can hear a phone call clearly over road noise. I drove around for a while and made some calls, the sound was clear and the person on the other end said the call sounded great to them. So far so good. Leaving for a road trip this coming weekend and am looking forward to putting this device through some paces. Will update review in a couple of months. Update: I had a road trip that lasted about two weeks. I used the headset a lot during the drive and the sound quality was great. The mic is not sensitive to the ambient road/ car noise and, according to the people I spoke with, the call sound quality was excellent. I also use it to listen to IHeartRadio and it’s nice because you have only one ear listening and can hear the world going on around you. I already feel like I got my money’s worth, but cannot yet comment on longevity of the product. My brother drove from Philadelphia to St Petersburg and asked me to order one for him since it sounded so good and he passes through several states that have strict hands-free phone laws.

Great at canceling background noise

I travel a lot in a hollow work van with tons of road noise. I tried a conventional in ear bluetooth headset but it was bad. People on the other line could hear everything in the background. With this Mpow headset I was talking to one of my vendors and I asked him how the sound quality of the call was because I was trying out a new headset. He said he couldn't even tell I was on a headset. We were on the highway driving at 70mph with the radio turned on in the background. I'm happy. I'll update in a few months to report on durability. So far I'm only on day three.

Economical, and does what you need it to do

So happy with my purchase! I use it with my iPhone 7Plus. The instructions made it easy to pair with my phone, and the headphones pair quickly. They have a fairly long talk time. When charging, there is a red flashing dot, and it changes to blue when charged. Truth: I'm not sure if that means fully charged, or just a "ready to go", but I don't care. I use them to talk on conference calls. And to just enjoy a hands free phone call experience with good quality sound. So much better than using the speaker feature. LOVE THESE!

The whole head is comfortable.

The whole head is comfortable. Use an Android mobile phone. They can hear each other's voice well and control their hair size. In summer, the hot weather causes the circular speaker cushion to drop off the adhesion. This is a good product if it improves.

I have reviewed this product multiple times. This is because I have now purchased a total of 4 of these headsets. I have two. I keep one in my office and I use one for travel. I just purchased two more as gifts for my business partners. Both of my partners make a tremendous amount of money and can afford to purchase anything they want. And I mean anything, cars, boats, planes. I gave them these headsets because they are without question the best headset I have every owned or I have every head quality wise. Very simple, you can buy a 300.00 Plantronics if you want. The Plantronics is half as quality and flexible as this headset. The other key is that out of the 4 units I have purchased all 4 work exactly the same. I do expect that at some point I will purchase one that may be a little off but I would simply ask for a replacement but all 4 of the units I have purchased so far work exactly the same.
