Since my DR put me in the low fodmap diet I have been really struggling finding flavor! This was so good on chicken! I was so happy to finally get some flavor. Very happy!

Wow!!!

Hi! First, all the belly achers whining about this not being AIP compliant due to FODMAP issues, there's no claim of that for THIS product. If you didn't read the ingredients, that's on YOU! Grow up! I've been Paleo for 3.5 years, so I'm all worn in with making my own marinades, dry rubs, condiments, etc., like an old pair of riding boots. This spice is wonderful!! I just had it on grilled salmon and hooooly yummy, Batman! It's not at all salty and has a nice hint of low heat. Delicious!

This Paleo spice is awesome. We use it on EVERYTHING. Truly. From Meats to Salads, even made a delicious Coconut/Almond Milk sauce with this as the seasoning over my Paleo meatballs. Both my husband and I are sensitive to spices and even tomato. Their seems to be no or very low acidity in this spice as compared to others on the market. Plus no sugar. We love it and use it freely with no worry. Thank you

Hooray! Wonderful all purpose seasoning that I can eat!

I gave feedback on this product once but since you asked, I am happy to do so again . I bought this because it is alright on a low FODMAP diet, which to me simply means it is minus garlic and onion so I can eat it. It is a blessing to me to have found it. It has a bit of heat but just enough for a clean finish. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Delicious!!!

I've been on the low FODMAP diet for 5 miserable months and am SO GRATEFUL that I found this seasoning! It tastes really good!! I used it with chicken thighs that I marinated in garlic infused olive oil and then threw it on the grill. Very very pleased with the flavor!

MUST Have!

LOVE these spices! First made the purchase because i was doing Whole 30. But now will be a staple in my kitchen! We use them more often than I thought, almost every meal! Amazing flavor, bold but not overpowering. I like that when I cook now, I just pick one and only use that. I don't have to follow a recipe or guess what spices taste good together.

Delicious and you don't have to think about it

Starting a diet like AIP is very overwhelming because there are so many rules and you don't know what you can have or not have. Paleo Powder has made it so easy to season food. It is also helpful for my husband who is not AIP he knows he can season meats with salt and Paleo Powder and we don't have to worry about it being compliant.

A hit with the whole family

We used this on chicken for now. It is a nicely balanced blend with a little more kick than expected for an all-purpose seasoning. My 4 year old calls it his "favorite chicken" and gobbles it up (of course, he's used to healthy eating so might not be the best judge for all). Update: I ran out of guacamole spice packets and this made a nice replacement! I just added a little more garlic powder and chili powder (because I was also out of cayenne). I won’t buy those pricey packets anymore!
