Great multi-use table
I’ve gotten in the habit of working on my laptop while in bed. It was getting uncomfortable, so purchased this table to give me more support. I’m really pleased at the sturdiness (obviously don’t push at the legs or it could fall); holds my 13” laptop with no problems. Also has the correct height for my lap. Love the media bar to prop up my phone too. Lastly it’s multi use if I’m watching the iPad while enjoying a snack and drink. Overall super useful and pleased with my purchase!

I love this bed tray
I love this bed tray...I use it to eat dinner while watching t.v. in my recliner chair. I also sit in bed and use my 18" laptop computer which can be a bit heavy so now I don't have to rest it on my lap anymore! I also like to paint on canvas so it works great to also use while sitting up in bed and holds a 12 x 12 canvas, paint brushes and water container! Would make a great gift for Mother's Day, housewarming, birthday. Nice quality!

A great lap desk.
This lap desk is perfect for me. I use it for my Surface Pro, a keyboard, mouse, and propping up my phone next to it. Sometimes a snack and tea. It's a large size so it can fit a lot on it. However, please note that this model doesn't have 'locking' legs. This isn't a problem when you have it set up but it can be awkward if you are picking it up to place it somewhere else. Just keep that in mind. Overall, it is well-made and convenient.

Awesome for using laptop in bed
I have a job that lets me get a fair amount of work done from my laptop. On days when I can’t make it into the office (weather, sick kids, etc), I just find it more convenient to work from my bed than my desk. This tray is perfect! It has enough room for my 15” laptop to be on one side, with my iPhone plus to comfortably fit on the other: either flat on the platform, or propped up in the standing phone/tablet rest in portrait position. It’s a bit heavy, which I’d consider to be a good thing as anything on your bed can get jostled when you have kids, or even if you just need to get in and out of bed semi-frequently. I’m a fan.

Well made
After reading many reviews with poor quality with other lap top tables I decided to go with this one. It was in perfect condition right out of the box. Finish is smooth and legs sturdy. I am very pleased with this purchase and I have used it everyday for two months now while recovering from major surgery. It remains in perfect condition. Buy this one and you will not be disappointed.

Whatever, It Gets 5 Stars
I could not find a Laptop tray for left-handed people. Unfortunately (I won't go into the reason why) I have a laptop with a numeric keypad. This automatically puts my hands/fingers in the wrong position. So I am constantly hitting the wrong keys. This is especially true for the screen mouse. I am constantly hitting the right side of the screen mouse instead of the left. Unbelievably irritating when I am trying to scroll. If I had purchased a right-handed laptop tray, it would have exacerbated the problem. Therefore, this tray gets 5 stars just because I found something usable for a left-handed person. The tray is nice looking. It has a nice finish. The side hand holes are extremely useful, and I like the little tray the length of the tray that holds glasses, pens, electronics, etc. That said, it collapsed on me several times before I got the hang of removing it from my lap and placing it on the floor with the legs at an angle (not too brillant here). Also--but I knew this when I purchased it, so I knew what I was getting--it's a bit tall and wide, so it does not fit into my chair securely. I have actually gotten use to the height. As far as the width, it leans. But it does not tilt, nor does it collapse on my lap. Also, the inside lip--spacebar side of computer is slightly rough on the inside, so real problem, however. This is listed as a bed tray, and it probably would have been perfect for that.

favorite tv tray
I really should buy another one of these, as it is our favorite tray. I have several, but this is my favorite, as it is at a better level when sitting on the couch. My granddaughter uses it on the floor to eat sometimes. It is a great size and is made out of a good material and is very sturdy. Very functional.

Perfect for recliner work
I needed a sturdy lap desk for my button making machine -- I found it! The lip around the edge of the tray keeps pieces from sliding off, and I don't have to sit on the floor (terrible on my back) to get my job done.

This tray is a great tray, and more!...
Really nice bed tray -- you can carry food and drink to the bed without spilling it. It also works as a lap tray in front of the TV, a book/computer tray, and a general serving tray around the kitchen/dining room. Well made, durable, and well thought out with more edge around the sides and back, leaving the front more open for eating, computer typing, etc. Legs swing down easily (but stay up when in closed position -- has tightening screws), and are the right height for bed and lap.

It actually fits a 17" laptop
I needed a workstation I could use at home while I was recovering from ankle surgury, so something with clearance for me to elevate my leg was necessary. This fit nicely, with my "knife hand" picture showing the clearance between the tray and my leg on the bed. From the beginning, it was packaged well beyond what I expected, with thick foam for each corner, and cellophane wrapped inside the box. The legs unfolded easily, but are only friction locked, so time will tell if they need to be tightened to keep them folded when I want it flat. The tray maintains a nice flat bottom with the legs folded, if that matters to you. I use a Dell Precision M6600 17" laptop, which fit nicely on this tray, with enough clearance in back for the power cable to plug in without being strained. The power cable does overhang the lip designed for proping up your tablet or phone, but doesn't make contact while connected; barely. I imagine it would be very easy to use a drill to create a cutout for lower cable connection requirements. There is plenty of room for side connections, end more than enough room for a coffee cup when I moved it to one side. I very much appreciate the lower lip on the front of the tray since the last one I used was higher than the wrist rest on my laptop, and left a painful crease on the bottom of my wrists after use. My thinnest Asus laptop still clears the front lip with plenty of room to avoid that problem with this tray. I can't tell if it is sealed, or if it would leak of I spilled something on the tray, but the fittings look tight enough that I am not really worried about it yet. The back lip for propping up your tablet or phone was open enough to accept my phone with a thick Otterbox, so I imagine it will accept most tablets as well. The tray feels sturdy overall, appears well made, and is quite light. The legs are on phillips screw hinges, and appear to be easy to adjust/tighten if necessary. I gave the durability rating 5 stars for these reasons, but will come back to adjust if something changes my mind. I'm very happy with this product initially, and glad I bought this one. Enjoy!
