Looks real!

I love this fireplace! It looks more real than any I’ve seen! I’m so glad I picked this one! It looks so nice in my old fireplace! Built sturdy and easy to install!

Fit perfectly as a 33” Replacement

Much to our surprise, delivered in 2 days with a Sunday placed order. 33” installed easily into place and secured with existing clamps within a few minutes. Looks great (see photo) and enjoy the different flame settings. Experience with the heater/fan parallels other reviews - not too noisy after warming up for a minute (similar to a small space heater). The unit is installed in a 850 sq ft basement and every bit of heat is needed in the corner where placed. All remote functions work fine at 10’ away, including thermostat. With heater turned off, can hear slight crackling sound. Overall, after researching different 33” inserts, to-date we are very happy with our ClassicFlame and the family is really enjoying it!

Ooh so nice

The Classic Flame 23" quartz electric fireplace insert arrived today. I immediately installed it into the cabinet from which I removed the ten year old worn out 23" insert (not this brand). Following insertion (perfect fit) I read through the instruction manual in order to understand the controls. Hit the ON button and played with the muliple heat/flame settings. This thing is BEAUTIFUL! I can't guess as to lifespan but for now I am extremely happy with the purchase. By the way, I purchased a heat sensing three prong receptacle for safety, although the unit has a heat sensing plug.

Converted from gas logs to electric insert, extremely pleased!

I did a lot of research on electric fireplace inserts. We initially wanted to purchase logs only, went to a country hearth and stove company in our area, checking out different options. They had inserts, some of which Amazon sells as well, however they did not sell ClassicFlame and what they did have didn't appeal to us, the flame just didn't look authentic. In the end, after much review and looking at the video ClassicFlame has on their website, reading customers reviews, checking YouTube we decided on the 26" 3D Infrared Quartz Electric Fireplace Insert. Prior to this insert we had gas logs, which I did not like leaving on without being in the room, especially with our dog and if we had company, no young children. We had our gas logs removed and an electrical outlet installed within the fireplace wall, extremely pleased with our purchase. We live in Ohio and have used this every evening since the installation.

Looks So real !

Came before promised date. Packaged well. Very easy to install and the 3d display is very lifelike. I visited a fireplace store and this unit was more realistic than any except the optimist model for $2000.

found two unused fireplaces in the walls my 1904 built home but didn't trust the chimney integrity and did not have the budget to refinish the chimney or run two gas lines for vent-less gas. After some measurements i order two of these 33" inserts and found them to be quiet calming but importantly very tasteful in the design of the logs and the flames. the logs look a little fake in the amazon provided pictures but in my opinion they do not glow as bright but that seems to be there biggest strength. the fake glowing logs of other fireplaces is the quickest giveaway of cheap and poor construction and paint, The logs are solid and well detailed and painted which impedes the light from lighting it up like a childrens toy seen in other electric fireplaces. The front glass is removable and I was tempted to remove the logs and replace it with fireplace glass but found that would have been more effort as the solid construction does not make it straight forward.The heat output is enough to slowly raise the temperature of my house and seems to do it more evenly than other electric heaters. Overall it has been good and i was happy to find that the remote is not coded to any particular fireplace so i can use either to turn on both, and the beam is direct so i have never had a problem with accidentally turning on the fireplace i was not intending to use. One recommendation for the manufacturer is to provide instructions for direct wiring in lue of an outlet, The smart plug features led to some confusion because it is not evident what to do with the signal wires for it and no information is given besides the system exists from any manufacturer literature.
