Wow, this bass is incredible for the 81$ shipped that I got it for. My 11 year old will be happy. I am so impressed with the fit and finish that I just can't believe it. What an amazing value. It is a Fender Precision bass for 80$. The tone is excellent, the fretboard is very nice rosewood and seems to have real inlays. The tuners are great and even the strings are not bad. Where it really shines is the color of the body. The pictures don't do it justice. It's very very pretty and came packaged very well with zero damage. Standard P bass parts should fit right in this bass. I'm speachless! What a deal. It looks to be a solid piece for the body as well. The colors just look so good. The pickups work, but I ordered Alnico replacements like always and I got a thumb rest to install! I am going to get another bass from this company for myself. They shipped out if Texas and it took just a few days with UPS to get here. This thing is spot on identical to a P bass in every way that I wonder if it's made in the same factory that Fender has them made. It is a serious instrument and not a toy. It's the real thing. I'm just very very pleased with this purchase. I would have been happy at 200$. It's going to make a wonderful Xmas gift. The case is just a bag and isn't good enough for travel, but monoprice has great padded bags for 20$. Came with the hex keys for the truss rod and bridge along with a simple strap, cable and pick. All of which are useable. Buy this bass!

Brandless is best

I think this is made by the same chinese factory that makes Fender guitars. I used to have a real fender and it was literally identical except for the Fender brand stamp. This guitar didn't have any brand stamp, which is awesome! I just use a Fender guitar pick and Fender amp and I feel like its the real thing (which it might be).

Its blue!

Great sounding right out of the box. Shipping took some extra time but thats life. Good beginner bass, or a project bass to upgrade or modify. Would buy again.

Great value for the money!

My teacher told me to get an inexpensive bass guitar on Amazon, since I was just starting out. So for the money this guitar has worked out great. I had to tune it a lot in the beginning, but now I don’t have to that often (GuitarTuna app works great for this). Highly recommended fo someone just starting out.

Way better than I expected. Solid build. I'm waiting on my amp so really can't comment on the sound yet. Highly recommend this. Another plus is that it came a day early.
