**Update** I like this slipcover so much that I ordered another one in the color camel. We are gradually adding wood finishes to our rooms and I wanted to try to warm up the space a bit with this color. It is a tad bit more peachy than I had expected. Not the same camel color on past furniture purchases. Almost a slight pink undertone in my lighting. I don't hate it. It still looks really nice. Just wanted to point that out. The quality is great, the price is great and it fits really well. My other one has held up wonderfully and been machine washed several times without issue. We made a horrid decision and bought a microfiber light colored overstuffed recliner with 3 kids and 2 animals. Dumb, I know. I was resorting to spraying windex on the dang thing and scrubbing it every month. (That actually works by the way) but its exhausting and leaves the fabric feeling a little stiff for a couple days following. This solved all my first world problems. It looks beautiful and stretched to fit just fine. I put it on by myself in about 7 minutes time (but who's counting?) And its not budging at all. Thanks! Will reorder when I need to! I ordered it in light gray, regular recliner size (not overstuffed size). I hate when people don't tell you the size and color they ordered. Haha

Perfect Recliner Cover!!

I’m in love with this product. I washed it as soon as it came in and it held up great..no shrinkage or snags at all. I got the wine color and it’s just as pictured even when stretched out and it’s so so soft and comfy. Took no time at all to put on. No instructions needed and it fits like a glove which I was worried about because it’s an overstuffed recliner. It’s seems to stay in place really well too. Hasn’t slid or moved hardly at all. Fabric is kind of thin though so I wouldn’t recommend allowing sharp kitty claws. All in all 10/10 would buy again and will if and when I need another furniture cover!

I’m glad I bought this. Our old leather chair had an odor to it that probably won’t come out without pro cleaning, naturally this was a cheaper option.. Wanted something to make it tolerable again for my hubby and this is perfect. The color is right on, beautiful wine red/burgundy. The instructions were pretty simple, good universal fit. The chair is on the smaller side which had me a bit worried, but I tucked in all the excess and it looks great. I could not find places to secure the elastic around the chair so I had to make due. It comes loose sometimes but I just tuck it back in. It looks like a whole new chair. I can’t stop looking at it. Really pulled the room together. The chair was an ugly green eyesore before. Now it’s a centerpiece. Who knew it was that easy...

Bargain to protect chairs from pets

The stretch slipcovers went on easily. Our chairs are a very dark brown suede like fabric. We have a cat, which has had some digestive issues due to age. We needed something to help protect our furniture from yucky paw prints that can be washed as needed. These are no luxury cover, but for the price and my use they are perfect. Beats the heck out of draping old sheets and blankets on everything! The off white/ivory color I bought has a slight golden/tan hue to it, which is fine in our room. The slip covers stay put pretty well when people sit on them, with minimal re tucking needed. There is an elastic bottom all the way around that holds them down well. The fabric is nubby and soft to the touch and comfortable to sit on. I added a waterproof pad on one cushion to help with puking accidents, then put the slip cover over that. Of course the cat prefers the other chair for now! And as you can see- they are kitty approved for naps!! I got zero compensation for writing my review. I try to help others with my reviews, as honest reviews help in my buying decisions on Amazon.

Great Covers!!

After I was unable to find a sectional slipcover, I bought these two of these slip covers (loveseat and couch) to protect our new white sectional. I put the loveseat cover on the shorter end of the sectional, and tucked the extra fabric in between the two pieces of the sectional. The sofa piece is on the longer piece of the sectional. For the price, I am surprised at the quality! A few small holes have appeared in the couch piece, however I'm sure this is because the cover is stretched tightly across the couch, and our dogs jump on the furniture with their toenails when we are not home. :) The elastic nature of them makes them stay on the couch much better than the bedsheets we were using prior. After an accident, I threw these in the washer/dryer to clean them... and I am very pleasantly surprised that they didn't unravel, and actually came out looking great! I plan to buy the oversized sofa cover in the very near future, as I think it will fit the longer piece of our sectional better. I highly recommend this product if you are looking for a protective cover. No, it doesn't look amazing, but what slipcover really does?

Color not accurate

I was surprised how well this confirms to a recliner, the material is a textured waffle chenille or velvet. However I returned mine due to one of them having a hard spot of fabric, and the color not being what I expected. The ivory is more of a cornmeal beige (rug in photo is truly ivory). I’m going to order the gray this time and see if that color works because I like the quality. Also, I have recliners with a pull knob inside the seat instead of the traditional handle on the side, but I think it’ll still work if the arm cover is turned upside down. I’ll post update pics when I receive the new gray color UPDATE: Because of the softness of the fabric as compared to other chair covers, I’ve decided to keep this item. The pic below shows after I threw it on without much tacking. I’ll also note that these are glider recliners with a round metal base, so the stabilizing bands won’t work. I’m hoping the upholstery pins I’m buying will hold it in place, for now I just secured the ties on the base like tying a sneaker (see pic of back of chair)

Expectation vs Reality

Let’s have a conversation about expectation vs reality. If you’re buying this slip cover expecting it to go on your chair and make it look like a newly upholstered dream, move on and just go get your chair upholstered. Seriously. Nothing will be good enough. If you’re looking to just cover the existing upholstery on a chair and want it to look pretty good and not like something that you’d find in a frat house, then this is the cover for you. It’s a little hard to get on and once you do, there’s a lot of extra material. It took some fussing and tucking, but I managed to get it to look pretty good. The material is a little weird - it’s like super soft checks - but that’s not really an issue. The cover comes with these foam rolls that remind me of mini pool noodles that you tuck into the sides around the cushion. It keeps the extra material in place and keeps it looking not super lumpy. Add a cute af pillow to it and no one will even know.

First - after the usual tucks and adjustments it fits like it was made for it! This is a fairly old recliner - one of the small space savers with very narrow & short arms so I have had a very hard time finding a cover that even with MAJOR adjustments would look even OK. So finding one that I could make fit like it was made for it was worth 5 Stars all alone. Second - it looks fantastic! I would have accepted Fair but this made my living room look like I had done a make over. My neighbor was amazed - her first comment was WOW - now you don't need to buy a new recliner. This one is perfect for your Living Room! It was very easy to put on and the fabric looks more sturdy than some reviewers indicated which was a relief as I have a cat (or maybe cats?). Bottom line - if you are looking for a quick make-over or a reason to avoid buying a new recliner don't hesitate to try this one!

I must say I love these covers! It was way better quality for the price than I was expecting. We were given a couch, a loveseat and a chair when a relative got new furnature but it didnt match the plan we had for our livingroom at all. The loveseat is more comfortable (I hate microfiber), the chair looks much more inviting and they all match my livingroom now! ...Still waiting on the couch but I am sure it will be a great product as well if the other two are any judgement.
