Love these. No issues after about 2-years.

Bought 1 to try in 2015/16. Easy to install. Used it at kitchen desk area (small cubby on counter where I can keep notes/calanders). Now in 2018, just finished a kitchen remodel (yeah for us) and bought a 4x pack. We relace our color scheme, so I replaced the original and added two under the kitchen island bar. Now I can sit at my desk (its now real and new) while others study/work at the kithen counter area. We can all use outlets and charge with no issue. We have been happy with the original (it sold us on the rest) and have high hopes for the newbies. Think of using the remainer in bedrooms for phones (alarms/clock radios). đź‘Ťđź‘Ť

Very nifty outlet, allows for rapid charging of 2 USB devices.

Very cool outlet, saves the hassle of trying to find, deal with various chargers. I installed three in my house, and liked them so much that I sent a few to my father. These charge our phones and tablets very quickly. Much more effective than the stock chargers. Update: Several months later, these are still going strong. I recommend pairing them with the USB cords from Cable Matters. They make a satisfying "click" when plugged in, and have enough tension to be able to pick the phone up by the cord.

Works as expected, pretty easy to install.

brought this product because of the price and features. I brought it to power my amazon cloud cam so I don't have to use the power brick. no issues so far. It charges phones fine but don't expect any fast charge or QC or for it to charge your laptop, it is not advertise so you shouldn't expect amazing charging speed. The install is pretty easy, the only issue i had was their was extra wiring in my socket and the unit pretty much takes up the whole socket in my case anyway and i had to trim the wires to get it to fit perfectly.

Totally worth it

Great set up. Good for kitchen, near the couch, or near the bed. No more losing the120v to USB adapters, only need a cord! Easy install, straight forward. The outlet itself is a bit larger and will take up a little bit more space in the junction box, but shouldn’t be a problem at all. I love these things and for the price you can place atleast one in each room. well made, looks good, and even came with a face plate. Note: the outlets themselves only have a single screw terminal on either side- one for hot, one for neutral obviously. Each terminal can hold 2 wires. However, there is not a second terminal with a jumper on either side, so you CAN NOT use this outlet anywhere where a switch is tied to an outlet, because there is no jumper to cut and make it a split circuit. This outlet is ONLY to be used where a constant 120v feed would be.

I really like this product!

I can literally”tell” my plug what to do! One of my main intentions was to use this device with Alexa. When I flipped through the instructions, I didn’t see any steps on how to do so, so I mildly panicked at first. However, after installing the app and connecting to the WiFi, I played around with the app some more and realized I jumped to conclusions. Steps to connect the plug to Alexa or Google assistant are on the app, you just have to know where to look. Just select the device on the app, and at the top right corner, there should be three dots (...). Press it and it should take you to a page with more information and options for the plug. There should be a section named “Supported Third-party Control” with icons for Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. Simply click on of them, and you’ll be redirected to a page with steps outlining how to connect the device to that voice assistant! I followed the steps for the Alexa option and now use voice commands to operate my plug!

great product

Out of the many,many wifi plug options out there,this initially stood out because of its color.It would be replacing a timer plug in an exposed outlet in my home,so desigh and color was just as important as function to me.I came across this TOPGREENER plug,and the good color immediately caught my eye.I have yellow and brass accents throughout my home,so i knew would be a perfect fit.Then after doing more research,the features of the TOPGREENER plug outshone competitor models.Not only does it have voice control compatibility,it has energy monitoring features and a higher load capacity.Most wifi plugs handle up to 10A,whereas this one can handle up to 15A.These features stood out to me and deded up being the deciding factors that led me to purshase this plug.Furthermore,i did not come across a single competitor with a color other than white.When i received it,the color more than exceeded my expectations.Although made of plastic,the gold color was very elegant and not too flashy with a high-quality feel,and importantly,it matched the rest of my home.As for using the plug,it has made my life so much easier.Not only was setup easy and intuitive(just follow the instructions on the app),setting schedules and timers was also very simple.I no longer have to rely on my plug-in timer outlet to control my lights,and i can easily control the plug from anywhere on my phone.I highly recommend this plug.

Love these!

These are such a good bargain and I absolutely love them. They charge super fast and allow you to free up valuable space and charge everything in one convenient place. I only bought 2 to test them out but I am sold and want them in a couple more locations. It’s also less of a safety hazard for the babies because I can leave outlet covers on the main sockets.

Perfect price point

Most people see this at the store and think "wow that's a cool idea". Then they look at the price and decide it's not worth it. The two pack of these brought the price down to where I was willing to buy. I have them installed in areas where constant power to a USB device is needed, like my entertainment center. It keeps my streaming stick powered instead of using the TV power which goes on and off with the TV. Installation is easier than you think it is, just watch a video or two and shut of the circuit breaker. They do take up a decent amount of space inside an electrical box though, so don't expect to fit many wire nuts inside behind the outlet.

Inexpensive way to power USB devices

I haven't noticed any issues with the outlets, and they get the job done. I have various things plugged in to them and all my electronics work and have power. I use the USB ports for my Echo Dots and similar devices so I don't take up the space of a wall wart and use another outlet. Installing the outlets was easy, though we can only connect 2 wires to each side, not like standard outlets that can handle 3 wires. They're inexpensive, so I'd gladly buy more if I find a need for more. I use Anker chargers for all charging, so I do not know how well these charge phones or tablets; I only use them for providing constant power to devices.

LOVE IT

Works great! Needed a USB plug for the kitchen for my convenience, and I put one in the living room. Looks great and easy install if you know what you are doing! Only problem is I need a jumbo wall plate to hide the hole. Will go to Lowe’s to swap it out which is a unique problem in the living room I did not run into the problem and you won’t run into most likely. Will be ordering more if they go on sale! Saved about 35 dollars if I had bought from a retail store.
