Best on the market.
My uncle is an asthmatic & was hospitalized again last week. Having a log of the air quality was useful as his most recent trouble seems to correlate with a huge spike in PM2.5 & VOCs in the days before. Getting a notification about the air quality might help prevent an issue next time.

Great Device to review your environment!
I bought this item because of medical condition. The ozone and PM2.5 outdoors causes tinnitus (ringing in the ears). After buying the uHoo item I found that I did not have to contain myself in certain rooms with high capacity filters. The ozone and PM2.5 was well below the air conditions outside, as shown on the app that is provided. I tested many rooms and even outside. The conditions throughout my home are great. My only problem is sometimes the Carbon Dioxide gets above normal (seen on uHoo app). I use a small fan to circulate the air more since I cannot open windows. I feel much better now, obviously psychologically as well as physically. Great to have this device in many rooms now.

Really cool air monitor
This helped me understand what I breathe and definitely changed some of my habits especially my hygiene. I never knew that CO2 would go up really high at night when I sleep. During a work trip, my hotel room had a smell and it felt stuffy. I turned on this device and saw that it was really humid and the VOCs were high. I showed the data to the hotel manager and they gave me a new room. Really cool. :)

Worked great. Helped immensely.
I had been having trouble with burning eyes, slight dizziness since moving into our house 9 months ago. I spent a lot of money trying to diagnose where the problem was coming from, but never able to pinpoint it. This monitor helped to determine where the problem was coming from by moving it to different areas of the house. It gives me peace of mind being able to see what's in the air we're breathing.

Worth every penny
I have asthma. My husband, an engineer, has been working tirelessly to make our house air as clean as possible. Filters. Ventilation systems. And more. My symptoms worsened. I thought, unless we know what’s in the air we cannot fix it. I found the uHoo online and ordered it. I looked at competitors, but I liked that the uHoo has more sensors (better chance we could really understand our air) and the uHoo samples every minute (important for checking results when making changes to conditions). I was skeptical but I was desperate. Within 24 hours of setup (it takes a day to calibrate), the uHoo identified high VOCs. We adjusted our filter systems. No improvement. If we opened the front door, conditions improved. But if we turned on the air exchanger, the VOC reading climbed. I worried that our air ducts had mold. My husband inspected them and they were clean. We finally realized the OUTSIDE air being brought in through the air exchanger was highly polluted. The system sucks in air from the side of the house where our septic system lies. An inspection revealed that the clean-out lids did not have gaskets. Even though there were no odors from the septic system, it was emitting VOCs. My husband installed gaskets. Within a minute, uHoo displayed air quality improvement. Without the uHoo, we would not have suspected the septic system. Today, all sensors are in the green. Not all of my symptoms are gone (asthma has many triggers), but with the uHoo we can better understand our air quality and make continuous improvements. P.S. I was not compensated in any way for this review. I am just a happy and grateful customer.

Not cheap, but amazing accuracy and details
This thing is pretty amazing! It was easy to set up using the app on my iPhone as well. I initially entered the wrong wifi password and had to reset the device, which only took a few seconds. I thought I’d have to call tech support, but the documents online and the app walked me through it without any issue. I live in LA and have a niece with asthma who sometimes is unable to visit when the air quality isn’t good. It’s nice to be able to see accurate data for our home. Surprisingly, the air where I live is pretty good! I wish I had my uHoo last year when the wildfires torched Malibu. Just walking outside, it smelled like a campfire and the sky was gray. Too bad I couldn’t see how bad the air was back then. My only complaint is that it isn’t a cheap device. However, if air quality is important to you, I think it’s probably worth the cost.

Happy with this product. Does the job, good app. Wish it were cheaper.
I love this thing. Air quality is something that is seldom measured in homes and I feel like that should be more of a priority as it can affect anything from mood to health. This device will give you about 9 different air quality readings including temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide, and even dust levels. It gives you pretty accurate readings and can show you charts over time. It also integrates with IFTTT and Amazon Alexa. The uHoo is the size of an Alexa and is very discreet. It doesn't make noise and there are no lights. It connects over Wi-Fi and has a pretty decent and simple app. It's powered by a standard micro USB. I wish it was USB-C as that's where the future is going but it's not a deal breaker. It was already able to tell me that my co2 levels are high and I can correct this! Overall I'm happy with the product. I just wish it were cheaper as the price is somewhat high for this form factor but I guess these sensors aren't cheap!

Great Design
Moved into a new condo and noticed I wasn't sleeping as well as I could have. Wasn't sure what the problem initially was, so I ordered the uHoo indoor Air Quality Sensor to tackle the problem. It indicated that the C02 levels were quite high as well as PM2.5. I was able to locate the air filter in the condo and convert it over to a HEPA filter. That certainly helped the levels come down. I'm still tackling the CO2 on a daily basis (hot days have me keeping the windows closed most days). Looking into if other units help reduce the amount of C02 around and sync properly to the unit. Using the app can get a little confusing at times looking for the what some of the acronyms mean and how to go about reducing them. I emailed their tech support to figure out how to convert it from Celsius to Fahrenheit and they were prompt to respond, so wonderful consumer report on their end. Overall nice product and look forward to seeing the results over the next few weeks and how I can make this the best living space possible with the help of uHoo.

Very good but needs improvements in data trends.
Very good device until now, a little expensive, but it has a lot of sensors. The app is nice too, the only thing I don't like is the trends or historic data graphics, there is no way to download data and when you are in the day week or month views only show average data when it should be real data in the selected time period. IFTT options don't let you save to google sheet measurements values, only events associated with thresholds.

Highly Recommend uHoo to Parents.
This product gave us peace of mind. We didn’t know that Glade and Lysol had high chemicals in them and were increasing the VOCs in our home. We can also see the dust levels go up when we forget to turn on our cooking range while cooking. The packaging is great. It is almost like unboxing a MacBook. It’s also very easy to set up. And it blends in with the stuff in the house. My wife is allergic to dry air and this monitors humidity too so we can get alerts and minimize her allergies. I haven’t played around with the integrations yet, but I can see that it can link with so many devices using IFTTT. I highly recommend uHoo to parents.
